Well I am pleased to report that my local pub did us proud for lunch on Saturday!

I had the sweet chilli chicken salad which is probably not syn free but it was LOVELY! My sister, who is also doing S/W, decided that leaves just didn't do it for her and had a lamb shank - I do love how this eating plan fits in with everyday life!

I had half a pint of Guinness and then switched to Diet Coke, so my halo is well and truely polished.......

Yesterday we had roast ham but I had new potatoes and a plate full of veg with it, so hopefully that was ok too.

I'm hoping for a loss tomorrow but I do have a NSV to report - In the Jan sales I bought some cords from FatFace - 2 pairs of size 14 and 2 of size 12. At the time the 12s were an incentive - I could get them on but not do the zip or the button.

Well now I can do BOTH!!!!!!!!!!! They are still a bit tight and i don't like the muffintop they create but hey - we ARE going in the right direction!

I am REALLY nervous about tonights WI.:o:eek:

Even though i was VERY good, with both the food and the exercise, last weeks 0.5lbs (out of the blue) gain has knocked me for 6

im just hoping that my "keep on being good even when it dont show on the scales" theory, will pay off this week :o and WILL show on the scales.

thank you so much, i am near afraid to go...I AM GOING...i know i HAVE TO....BUT I AM AFRAID :o:eek:

I will be scared to even look at the scales!

2 weeks ago, i was 13.0, and i so badly wanted to look down last week and see 12-something...12 anything...even 12.13.5 would have made me happy....but to see 13.0.5 grrrrrrrrrrrrr rage!!!

got to keep going tho, have to see this through til the bitter end, i promised myself at the start this was it, this time was "for one...and for all"

    roll on 5pm

Omg - I have just been to WI and have lost 4lb and got SOTW :j

I was hoping to have lost something as I refused a chinese on Friday night when everyone else had one (I made stirfry chicken instead) then managed to keep off the booze for another week too.

    I am sooooo chuffed!

Good luck to everyone else WI today, especially Piglet - don't forget how far you have come doll, I'm sure last week's small gain has gone... look forward not back. x

Well done kandfs mam, good luck piglet.

Tomorrow is going to be a big one for me. I am desperate to get my 1.5 stone off before I go on holiday, but I think I am going to be a pound short.

WI this am and lost another 1lb, so only 1lb to target. Set my target at 9st 1lb as that was my target last time. Know once I reach target I do not have to pay if I stay within 3lbs of target. But what happens if I lower my target?

If I can get down to 8st 12lbs might set a new target of 8 st 7lbs, as I still have a flabby belly, but been working on it.

Got some scan bran today as weight loss has been slow, do not want to use them as HEB if having a EE day, any ideas? Saw something about putting syn free nat yog on them and frozen berries, covering and leaving in fridge over night and then having them as a 2 syn breakfast.

    Thanks in advance
