Piglet-- I only drank 1 pint last night instead of my usual 4 or 5!! But I weigh in at 10.30. (couldn't wait to get to the tap!!!)
If weighing late (at 5) I dont drink from morning.
I drink 2 pints warm water first thing but dont on weigh in days.

thanks for that, will try that next Monday,

i feel that 2lts is a lot at times, but i still drink it, i am like Mrs Doubtfire "pi$$ing like a racehorse"...but i know you need it for weightloss...

i tend to drink 1lt at work, between 9am / 5pm, and the second litre when exercising / walking in the evening, so i dont have this 2nd litre on mondays before weigh in.

I wouldn't cut back from Sunday - drinking that much is good for you!

I weigh in at 7pm and have only had 1 drink this pm ( mind you is was a pint of tea!) - mind you lunch was at 3pm cos I had to take DD1 to the orthodontist today!

Don't spend time worrying about next week just concentrate on doing your best each day ( sounds great coming from the woman with veg coming out of her ears - and a few other places! who is really freaking about tonight's weigh in!)

so just on Mondays then, maybe just one pint bfore weigh in?

good luck tonite...i was so nervous before WI Yest, i didnt even think i had gained...but i was sooooooo nervous :o

i will be even WORSE next week now after the gain:(

I swear the people at work are trying to drive me insane.
Pizza, tea cakes, Jaffa Cakes, jelly doughnuts, and little chocolate muffins were ALL on display today. And I did not eat a one. I think I need to treat myself tonight for that.
I just sat there munching on my free food and trying not to look over where it was all piled up. :D

Well done Magnolia. That is amazing! How long did it take to lose?

Since the 9th of January 2011. There have been some ups on the way as I have been on holiday a couple or more times. Then there was Christmas:eek:

Still I am on the way down again so never say never ;)

is that you near target, or do you want to loose more?

I have met my first target and am now 5lbs under it. I have 11lbs to my next target and when I reach that I will be my lowest adult weight for many a year!

Well I was delighted to lose 2lbs tonight - so I'm nearly back to where I was before christmas! Mind you given the colds/coughs/stomach bugs and tonsilitis that have affected us recently I'm just glad it's now going in the right direction....

Well done to all the losers...

How funny, we both thought we wouldn't lose, or only a tiny bit, and we both lost 2lb! :T

Hey everyone. Well done to those who've lost. Not to worry Piglet, half a pound is almost nothing (although I know when I gain even that much how disheartening it gets when you've been good) Think about the 5 stone you've already lost not that 0.5lb.

I am most definitely expecting a big gain this week. Would be a miracle to even STS after my curry fest on Saturday night. Also ended up having birthday cake on Sunday too (And I'd only be lying to myself if I didn't admit to the second slice I had yesterday too :(). Cake is probably my biggest weakness, hence why we never have it in the house other than birthdays and christmas.

Oh well will just have to deal with whatever the scales say knowing it is my own fault. I'm off on holiday on friday and planning to be off plan the whole weekend I'm away so maybe that's why I have been so blase (sp?) this week as I know I am about to have a few days off. I must be back on plan 100 percent from Tuesday onwards though.
