Well done to all the losers!

WI today but scales are not promising any loss at all which is frustrating because I am being angelically good at the moment!

Other half has hit her target after losing 4 and a half stone, we still behave most of the time just with the odd naughty meal now and then.

    Had lamb shanks lastnight.

Well done Magnolia - brilliant result.

I had a sneak peak at the scales this morning and they're looking good for this week and hopefully it'll show a bit more by Thursday morning!

It might just be because you have lost so well the last 3 weeks, that your body is just adjusting a bit. I'm still newish to this but I do find a really good loss, is usually followed by a tiny loss or stay the same the next week.

Same here, W-I for me later, and it's not looking good despite me totally sticking to plan and having very low syns. I lost 3.5 pounds last week so I think my body is being stubborn now.

Piglet I feel your pain - it's so demoralizing especially when you know you've stuck to plan. Remember that the female body works on a monthly program and not a weekly one!!! So look back at how well you've done over the month and try to think of it that way.

The only other thing I can suggest is to check that you're drinking enough water but cut back on it on weigh day as it does make a difference!

    thanks MM,

    I do drink 2 / 2.5lts a day, and 1lt before weigh in,

i dont have periods cause i am on depo, but i do think that every month your body changes and thats why i have has a few 0.5lb losses and a STS at that stage of the month,

i am starting to wonder now if i should have left my in initial target where it was (12.12) instead of knocking a stone off it (to 11.12) but i will give it another month / 6 weeks and see if the losses have picked up, and if not, reset the target,

i think what shocked me the most was apart from being good, was that i was at my GP on friday, who weighed me, and i had lost 4lbs this wk, and she said i was fine as i was if i never lost anymore, tho at the mo, i do still think i might be able to shift another stone (the LAST one!!)

    piggy:(
