I use mature cos you can use half the amount for the same flavour

i'm another regular weigher here - but the news is not good at the moment (mind you scales aren't that reliable!). I've been really struggling to lose in 2012 - but have had 2 colds, a stomach bug and the rest of the family ill. The last 2 weeks have been expressly disappointing - it's Lent - no choc, booze, biscuits or crisps - I've stuck to the plan like glue and nothing is coming off!

Gotta keep going I guess....

Only lost 7 1/2 lbs in last 8 weeks, and although I am now only 2lbs from target, feeling a bit down.

Do loads of walking and wii fit, bit of swimming and even got exercise dvds out!

Always used to use my syns on wine , but on medication so no drinking for me, 1 reason why I am back on SW, as if I cant drink it must be easier to lose weight?

Having EE and green days, mostley have free/superfree food and then have a 2 finger kit kat or curley wirley in evening, odd free yogaurt but that it.

Am I not eating enough or having too few syns?

are you getting your healthy extras? you don't have to have them but maybe using them and switching up some of the routine might be the change you need.

I was wondering if anyone would be so kind to look up 2 syn values for me. Waitrose love life soups in both mexican yucatan chicken flavour and moroccan chicken.

Really hoping they aren't more than 6 syns but we'll see!

WI for me today, a loss of 1 1/4 lb. Not bad considering darling kitty-cat is v. poorly at the mo and I could have chucked everything out of the window eating-wise after he saw the emergency vet but chose not to.

OMG happybunny, I really hope that I have worked the syns calculator wrong but I am getting the Moroccan Chicken Soup coming out at 19 syns for the 600g pot, and the yucatan at 20 syns for the 600g pot :eek:

According to the syns calculator you can't use any part of readymade soup as free food.... the moroccan chicken soup is 1% olive oil and the yucatan soup has soured cream in it.

ETA - unfortunately I have checked the online database for syns value and they come out the same as putting the nutritional value in... sorry.
