Well I'm back to confess not a good weeek and I have put on 1/2lb not a lot I know but last night I was feeling so down. Now I am raring to go again so heres my plan for today. I may start posting my menus for the day as I feel this may help.
Breakfast: orange, apples and few prunes
Lunch: Salad leaves and tomatoes, with a mugshot
Evening: Not sure going out for drinks with Work so may just grab a sandwich
drinks 2 vodka and diet cokes 5 syns
1/2 HEA milk
HEB bread for sandwich
Snacks 1/2 HEB laughing cow triangles and ryvita original 2 syns
mini teacake 1.5 syns
How does this look??Slimming world Journey started 11th January 2012 weight lost 16.5lb:j long way to go yet but only 3.5lb to my club 100 -
Are you doing EE ukbull? I would say nowhere near enough SFs, and beware of 'grabbing a sandwich' - they can be horrifically high in syns. Salad better if dressing is separate. Also not sure prunes are allowed as they are dried fruit. And are you sure that's enough syns for the vodka? I'm a gin drinker which is VERY similar composition-wise to vodka and I think that's 5.5 syns for just 25ml, which is not a lot!0

I WI at the gym and I've lost another pound
cande - i use aromat all the time. for the amount i use it'd end up at 0.25 syns or less a go and would just get ridiculous trying to count it so i use it as free.
ukbull - like sarahs999 said, alcohol is now much higher in syns. it used to be lower because i used to do 2 JD and diet coke for 5 or one double for 5 but its now higher at 4.5 for one shot  one 35ml vodka is 4 syns in the new book so two drinks later will be 8 syns.
also, ready made sandwiches can be around 25 syns. you can deduct 6 for WH bread as your HEB (on this food diary you cant because you have used up your HEB on ryvita so you would have to take the full syn hit OR syn the ryvita) but that will still make it over one whole days worth of syns.
prunes also are not free food, you can have 85g for a HEB or 0.5 syns each.0 -
Hi all, would anyone be so kind as to tell me if Shape Delights 0% yogurts are free? Also are all mug shots free or only some of them. Thanks very much for any help. Some people see the glass half full, others see the glass half empty - the enlightened are simply grateful to have a glass0

Does anyone know if you really can totally set your own target. I joined just wanting to drop from a size 20-22 to a size 16, but as I swim a lot and have some muscles I think that will keep technically with an 'obese' BMI. Will SW accept a target that gives me a BMI of over 25? Thanks0

Congratulations, that's great. :beer:0 -
Another day that went by too quick for me to eat very much. I'm going to have to figure out bigger stuff to take for lunch. Shame we already did our big shop this week.
Here's what I've got so far today:
Breakfast- Muller Light Strawberry Yogurt
- Granny Smith Apple
Lunch- Sweet and Sour Mugshot
Dinner- Wholewheat pasta and loads of stir fry veggies and Quorn chicken chunks with spices and soy sauce, really good for something I just threw together.
- BGTY Mini Hummous Pot and 6 Extra Light Laughing Cow triangles spread on 6 Ryvita Wholegrain Crackerbreads (all my HEs in one go!)
Snacks- 3 Jaffa Cakes (6 Syns)
- Mini Milk (1 1/2 Syns)
Started comping 24/08/2012.
