Hi, just wondering if I could ask a quick question please, does anyone knowif there are any syns in Knorr Aromat, is just some seasoning so I assumed there would be no syns in it, but reading way back inn the thread it sounded like someone said there was syns in it. I hope not as I've been using it on potato cubes which I bake in the oven and they taste delicious, even my OH woofs them down!SW Journey Re Re-started 25/02/14

i start doing exercises with the weight bands (resistance bands) so i think one or both of them seems to have kick started it all again, much to my delight, i do exepct it to slow down again as i near target, but hopefully the next 16lbs wont be too hard to shift.

the SW webiste gives it as 4syns for the 50g pack
and 7.5 for the 90g tube, on all plans.0 -

theres quite a few exercises / sit ups if you google it, soem of them even done sitting in a chair
but i usually just do regular crunches but have the band under my feet and pull myself up with it:D0 -

Just been shopping and have a fridge full of fruit and veg now and menus planned for all of the weekend and next week. It's going to be a bit of a challenge as my DH has a colonoscopy on Monday and has this unbelievable diet to follow from Friday. What I love about SW is that I don't have to make two meals but this weekend it will definitely be that.
Great news about the new HiFi bars and I'll see if "my" consultant can get some to my Mum to send to me.

Did a massive post earlier & then lost it all:mad: really mad as I don't have time to re-type it now!! Will do a summary LOL:- Am an old SW convert, but don't go to class
- like others am struggling with one lb, one off as not sticking to plan properly
- would like to help my 21 yr old DD who has 4 st to lose, i need to lose approx 1.5 stones
- downfall is late-night snacking, mainly chocolate etc
- start each day pretty well but go downhill ......
Do cook all meals from scratch generally, adapt my own recipes - DD went to SW quite recently so have her starter pack. And lots of old books!
Plz could someone help with the syns for these Milk Chocolate rice cakes? no brand name, but portion size 17g, 82 cal, protein 1.1g carbs 11.2g fat 3.6g. Whole pkt is 100g, 480 cal. how many of us suffer from that downfall of night time snacking...:o guilty as charged!!
my best advice for anyone on the SW plan is to try and eat free all day, save your syns for nighttime, and try and get as much value as possible for the 10 / 15 syns.
i would have a bag of WW Crisps and a curley wurly (10 in total) or a bag of foxes mini party rings (6) and hot chocolate (2) or the wee cadburys animal biscuits, they come in multi bag packs, 11 small buscuits in a wee bag, 5 syns:j and cause you get 11, you really feel like you are having something.
i also like Freddos, Chomps, WW Raspberry n white choco cookies....actually i like most of the WW cookies, and they are wrapped in packs of 2. (possibly to stop you from gorging the box!:D)
another tip that helps me, is if i am STARVING and thing i am going to have something bad, i have some free things before...
eg...an apple, a muller lite, some ham / chicken, THEN - when the hunger is off me - i will have a curly wurly...
or what else i do (sorry folks if these are all useless tips, i am just thinking of what i do) is i put my syns out onto a wee plate...so i might have a plate with a few jaffa cakes, a freddo, etc...and i know...what that plates done...thats it...no more!!!0
