    :othanks guys...

i really didnt expect to bounce back from my 3 slow weeks last month...but i just stuck with it...and kept on being good, and walking..and its kickstarted again...:D

i did a few days on the "success express" plan...3 the first week...2 the next week...and one last week...so i really think that helped...i will keep that up once or twice a week...

im now 1 stone 4.5lbs from my (very generous!) target of 11.12. im 5 ft 6 and 38 this year...and have been overweight for years....my GP said "around the 12 stone mark is fine"

i think if i go too low, i will never maintain it, so i will leave that target in place for now (my original one was 12.12):o

my next big problem is....i havent a stitch to wear!!!

i really need to have a massive clearout!

a workmate who also lost weight give me a massive bag of clothes (how very MSE of me) and thats all i have at the mo...its all size 12 or 14....and it fits me....

my wardrobe is full of 18s til 22s!:o

    they GOTTA go!!!!

:wave:Hello everyone....just dropping by using my new Dongle gadget :j:j was flipping hard work getting it set uo tho for a big technophobe like me :o:rotfl:

Evilsquid really sorry about the SW job hun :( doesn't sound like you got a fair deal at interview at all  and I really would ask for feedback as its within your rights to do so (I used to be in charge of interviewing when I worked before my Ops) keep your chin up lovely.....you do a great job on here helping everyone :A

I know some of you seem to have some rubbishy experiences with consultants (I've had one in the past that was sooooo bad we lost 75% of the group  in the short time she 'babysat' our class. But I have to say my Consultant now is THE BEST :T and I can't honestly fault her.....I always feel I get my moneys worth & benefit from staying to image therapy as she makes each week inspirational & leaves you ready to tackle another week 'on the slimming tank'

I had another 100% day yesterday (yay!!!!!) and so far I'm on track for it being the same again today......If I can stay with my 8pm choccy curfew then things should work out fine ;)

    Well done piglet!

Today was meant to be EE but has morphed into green. Hey ho, still on plan though.

Lost 5lb. So a happy bunny!!

My consultant is great btw. I have watched her lose weight in front of me and sometimes struggle.
She is full of life and NEVER puts anyone down.
    She is there for everyone.

She is my 3rd consultant and the best which is why I hope to achieve this time

Is anyone else doing the 12 week challenge? It started in our group last week. I am feeling sad because I have had two weeks of losses and I have sabotaged any hope of a third week loss because I have eaten too many syns this week. :(

evilsquid1603, I have thought about becoming a SW consultant but I fear there is more to it than meets the eye and I suspect there isn't the free rein that you would hope there would be. I mean, I guess the SW law dictates that image therapy must take place every week?

I have had two consultants in my SW journey, both have been brilliant and the stand in consultants that we have had have also been really nice. Our current consultant is the best thing since sliced bread :T

Did anything come up during the application process that surprised you? I would love to go behind the scenes, find out how it all works - perhaps work at head office for a week :D

i suspect now there must be more to it than i thought. i wouldn't be surprised if they insist on you doing everything as they say even thought its your own business technically. i must have looked like i'd ask too many questions and be a hassle to them.

the only thing that surprised me was the money. you'd need to have minimum 2 groups per week with 2 sessions each and about 100 members in each to make it equal to a minimum "real" job salary. brilliant spending money as a side project but you'd still need a "real" part time job minimum to ensure you had a steady and reliable income or a partners salary to support you it if the groups slowed down.

Its something I have considered jobwise but its not something I could do alongside my current job and as I don't have my own wheels, that would be a bit of a problem too. I also suspected (as you have mentioned) that financially, unless it was just pocket money for you/a bit of a hobby it wouldn't be financially viable as a sole income or unless you had lots of groups,

To be honest, to be paid would be a bonus because I am passionate about SW and all it stands for but I know I would find the you must do it this way mantra, (which is the impression I get) hard to get my head round.

Weigh in = a 3 pound gain for me but hardly surprising when i have snacked on far too many syns this week and I had dinner and pancakes before class tonight! but menu planning and organising myself tomorrow before a fresh start, a new week and a fab loss next week :T

HUGE well done piglet, especially after your slow losses, that would have been enough to make most people give up, but you stuck with it and are now losing great amounts almost like its your first week, really, really well done for not giving up. I hope I will be losing as well as you in the future.

Does someone please confirm that balsamin vinegar is free, as I read somewhere recently that is was, then saw a recipe that had 2 syns and the only thing I could notice that wasn't free was the balsamic. I have only just tried having it on a salad as a dressing and I really liked it, so I hope it is free.

Made pancakes for the family tonight, they all had 2 each, and I had............a bowl of FF Fromage frais with sweetner and strawberries and grapes!!!!! GO ME!!!
