Sachet of Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
    1 tbsp Sweetener
    Vanilla Extract
    1/2 tub Quark
    Mix berries (optional)
Warm alpen bar for 10-20 sec in microwave
Flatten into a ring or small bowl as a base
Mix together quark, options choc, vanilla extract and sweetener
Add half to the base, then top with fruit. Add remaining quark mixture and decorate with fruit. leave in fridge until ready to eat. remove ring before serving and decorate with a grating of chocolate.

Do you think Greek Yoghurt would work instead of quark? I have never seen quark in any of our local supermarkets

I think you could try that, it might be more like a mousse than a cheesecake. The Quark is usually with the cheeses, not the fromage frais and yogurt. All the Tescos and Asdas I have been in have it (the brand stocked is different between the two)

I haven't set my target weight yet (still debating) but can anyone tell me how far over/under your target you can go without having to pay for meetings.

    Thanks.

Thanks - ideally I'd like my target to be 8½ stone but am wondering if just under 9 stone might be more sensible.

I've been struggling to stay within target weight and last two weeks I've had to pay (for being 2.5lbs under) for the first time since August. When you get to 9st you could keep on eating SW and see what happens. If you fall below 8st 11lbs you have the option of paying to get back to 9st or paying to reach a new target of 8st 7lbs.

Personally I decided I don't want to drop my target so I fed my face and put on 2.5lbs instead.:D

Good to see you back dizzy and great news about BIL's dongle!!! (why does that sound faintly rude? Must be a man thing!:rotfl:)

About snacking.--.At group someone said they use a boiling ham, pull it apart and pick at it and small tomatoes and chopped celery every time she feels like picking. I thought it a great idea so bought a small one for £4 today to have as 'snacks' ( hth skint catt)

I have to draw a line under yesterday. A large group of us went for curry -- where you pass the different foods up and down table.
I promised I would be good but a very large naan bread landed on my plate and of course I had to eat it. So trying damage limitation today.
    Green
    B - strawberries and yog
    L - mugshot
D - stirfry (noodles and lots of sf veg)
Snacks - yog. melon, aplen light,

If I go to Tesco tomorrow i'l check, but I think it was with continental cheese, rather than cottage cheese. I asked the first time I bought it. There is only one brand in each supermarket, so there are not loads of the shelf.
