I'm feeling better today and over this bug but still not a huge appetite. My food diary today (Green day):
    Breakfast: Mullerlight
    Snack: Apple
Lunch: Homemade pea & ham soup (frozen peas, left over gammon roast (HEB), ham stock cube, onion, potato)
    Snack: Pear & satsuma
Dinner: Mashed potatoes with cheese grated over the top (HEA); WW fat free yoghurt
Drinks have been black coffee, sugar free squash, sparkling water

Might have ryvita with dairylea light later as a snack (HEA & HEB).

I'm feeling better so will have to fight the urge to open a bottle of vino!

ETA - sorry Poohbear I don't know anything about an actifry.x
    Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
    Current mortgage  £28,000

Well I have had a very active day at work, lots of running around and physical exercise. I also went to the gym and burned 1200 cals there so have made sure I have had enough to eat to compensate.

    Another Green Day:

B - Branflakes (HEB), Total 0% Yogurt, Blueberries
S - Hi Fi (HEB), Banana, Peach
Late Lunch - WM Pasta, Mixed Veg, Whizzed up LF Cottage Cheese
    S - Caramel Snack-A-Jack (3 syns), Blueberries
D - BGTYS Bacon Medallions (6 syns), Egg, Tomato, Mushrooms, Potato Wedges, Baked Beans and 1 Tbsp Ketchup (1 syn)
HEA = Milk in tea throughout day

I'm working over the weekend so will be able to remain alcohol free which is good. Just got to resist the team visit to a bad bad fast food place.
Slimming World Restart Again 14/02/11: 152lbs

Glad to hear you are feeling better KandF's mam :)

I think I may have messed up a little, did chicken wrapped in bacon (healthy living brand) with my HEA mozzarella but I wasn't sure how to cook it so I put it in some foil and then cooked in oven, have I done it wrong or will it be ok as I have a feeling I should have grilled it? :(

Also minimins is great I have to admit I google a lot and their site is always the first hit!

Everything will be ok in the end, and if it isn't ok then it isn't the end :)

Thanks to everyone who replied regarding the Food Directory etc. I think I will try googling first as some of you have said that its very useful and then if I still think I need the books and they aren't going cheap on ebay then I will have to think about going to a class.

Hope everyone has a great weekend, fingers crossed for everyone to stay on the wagon, we know we can do it!!!

you can cook things however you like as long as you don't add extra fat like oil or butter and if you do you syn the exact amount used. i cook my salmon in the oven in foil, the foil locks in the flavour and means you don't have to add more fat to still keep the same flavour.

you still need to remove all fat off bacon even if it is a healthy living brand too.

Ah thats ok then I was panicking a bit! There wasn't really any fat on the bacon that I picked up other than a very tiny slither in the middle of the bacon but I will know for next time as some od the packs did still look fatty :) Thanks

A question about Tefal actifry. I would love to make my chips in there. Does anyone know if it is okay to just do a few sprays of frylight instead of the recommended tbsp oil? And will they turn out okay?

I've used frylight before and they were fine.. i tend to just use half a tbsp of oil instead now and that works too..

I'm going for an EE day today..

    B - 2 x toast(heb) , marmalade (2), apple
L - chicken, crackerbread (heb), dairylea (hea) pickles, salad
T - pork fillet wrapped in parma ham and stuffing(2), roast veg and couscous
    S - crisps(4) kitkat (5.5 if needed)
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

I haven't set my target weight yet (still debating) but can anyone tell me how far over/under your target you can go without having to pay for meetings.

    Thanks.

Thanks - ideally I'd like my target to be 8½ stone but am wondering if just under 9 stone might be more sensible.
