I FINALLY MADE IT BACK TO GROUP ON THURSDAY !!!!! :j:j:j:j

I 'rejoined' and consultant let me keep my weight records from before......even though I have managed to gain a mighty stone eek.gif from the middle of December until now (me thinks those scales I hopped on at the hospital were a tad wrong before :o)
I still have 2st 5.5 loss registered under my belt, which is spurring me on to get the rest of it shifted againwink.gif

So i'm back on the tank again & feeling motivated after being back at group last night.
Did a decent shop today to see me over the weekend (until its doggie sitting time again on Monday & I'l stock up again on the way there, MrD is still off sick after his spine op so I'l have a bit of company for once biggrin.gif)

Oh....and My BIL has told us he is going to treat me to a dongle for the laptop this weekend so I can get online:A biggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gifbiggrin.gif

wooooohoooooo the dizzy one is back to join you on a daily basis!!!!!!5yjbztv.gif

A question about Tefal actifry. I would love to make my chips in there. Does anyone know if it is okay to just do a few sprays of frylight instead of the recommended tbsp oil? And will they turn out okay?

Yes! in fact you can make them without adding any oil at oil but if you add flavorings you need a little to make them stick

Hi guys please can I ask for some help? :hello:

I've done SW on & off for many years (some of you may remember me!) but I've since had my baby daughter & have reached my heaviest ever weight :(

My trouble is that she doesn't always let me eat lunch, and as I get more tired as the day goes on, I grab sweet junk to keep me going. So other than fruit & ff yoghurts, what free foods can I keep handy to stuff in my mouth? Anything that needs cooking is out as it'll either get half-cooked or go cold if I get called away before I get to it, or I only have one hand! Also trying to stay away from bread. I've got baby-brain when it comes to what I used to eat before!

    I mainly do green days.

I live in hope someone will say chocolate mini-rolls are fine :o :rotfl:

Thanks - getting eggs tomorrow & have some pickled onions I remembered in the cupboard :) I always find cold pasta rubbery and I don't like my own - but I love shop bought pasta salad - probably because it's smothered in mayo :o DH has babybels for lunch so might have to throw a few extra packs in ;)

Good to see you back Skint & congrats on baby skint. I love bread sticks either on own or with heB humous, the big ones are 1 syn each and a couple or 3 are enough for me as a snack. Ryvita fruit crunch [2 heB] are a sweet snack [last ages as forever picking bits out of teeth lol]. Also veg sticks i.e carrots, celery etc, a bit boring but easy to chomp on the go.

Well done Dizzy for getting back to group, won't mention the  though. Fresh start and all that. As to BIL getting dongle, if he doesn't he better watch out for the Dizzy tank or it might just run him down :rotfl:. We NEED our Dizzy driver :A

Ok time to fess up [keep putting it off] a GAIN of 2LB :o [well 1.8lb to be precise] totally expected, * week and feeding my face all sorts of junk. Had an emotional week [was anniversary of baby sons death so brought it all back about my Dad too] so healthy food wasn't on my radar much. Back on the tank today though:

B - porridge [2xb 1 is so not enough] satsuma [so don't go together :o]
    L - nothing :o
T - pasta salad [pasta, lettuce, toms, cue, celery, spring onion] cheese [a], full fat mayo [all I had in] [5], fruit salad [apple, pineapple, satsuma] & yog [activia ff vanilla]
    Syns - 5
Have syn room for snacks later if required.

Well done all you losers :A, hugs to those in need and positive vibes for all of us :A:A:A
Its not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
