Evening all, well done to those who have lost today!!!
Newbie question......please could someone confirm which yoghurts are free? I read somewhere that the guide is 0% fat free as long as they have sweetner not sugar, is this right? My local Sains doesn't do Muller lights, but they do have the Activia 0% fat free ones which don't have sugar.......
Today has been good, I had an omlette for breakfast, chilli stuffed peppers and big green salad for lunch (which was GORGEOUS!) and a smoked salmon fillet, stir fry veg and a bit of rice for tea. Just sat down with a glass of wine.......0 -
Hi folks, here under my real name, I have had to set up a new account for work cos I cant for the life of me remember my password.
I used to often make pizza but used mashed potato with a raw egg mixed in then spread on a tray and cooked till alomst turning brown then add the toppings and back into the oven.
I made chilli last night, a huge pot and cooked it overnight in the slow cooker, well impressed, many thanks to the person who suggested this.
And as for the person who told me about Ryvita and Chocolate Philli, well, what can I say, except that I will have to go to bed now, before I eat any more. These are going to be a firm fav in this house for a long long time.........
B Youg and blueberries
S Banana
L home made chicken noodle soup & 2 slices of WW brown bread (HEb)
S Youg & mandarin
T Chilli, rice & cottage cheese
S 2 Ryvita and choc philly 2.5 syns? Crisps 4 syns.
Have not had a HEa today but have had youg and cottage cheese, is this list ok?Love your Mum, you'll never get another one when she's gone.0 -

Urgh, I have come down with the sickness & upset stomach bug that the rest of the family have had. All I ahev eaten all day is some ambrosia low fat custard as that's all I fancied. I have had it 3 times today and have just checked the syns and I've had 15!! ..... but that's all I've had other than 2 dioralite which will probably be high in syns as it's just sugar & salt.Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
Current mortgage £28,0000 -

Have they changed the values of the Activia snack pots? When I was doing SW before they were all free except the peach ones, I've had a few of these in the last 2 weeks, so I hope they are not too bad. Does anybody know if the normal size pots of activia are free, as I often see good offers on these, but am unsure of the syns.
As they keep seeming to change the values of everything, could someone please tell me if Mackrel in tomato sauce is still free, as its one of my staples, I have it most days with a jacket spud and salad and would be most upset if it has syns now.
Also going back to the Quorn sausages that I asked about recently, I know that the 'best ever' Quorn sausages are now synned, but the last 2 packets I bought had no mention of best ever on them, it wasn't until today that I saw a bag of quorn mince that said best ever that I knew what the packet looked like - so my questions are: are the ones I've got still free? Does the 'best ever' mince have syns in it? and also, if the sausages are synned now, is there a supermarket own brand of vegetarian sausages that are free or very low syns??

I buy the activia fat free vanilla and thought they were free. Have these all now changed? I also had the cherry fat free. Will be totally !!!!!! off if they are synned as just found out Onken isn't free and eat that a lot too. Wish they would leave stuff alone 'if it aint broke don't !!!!in fix it':mad::mad::mad::mad:
