    Looking at my book, no. I think the HEb is fibre rich stuff.

    sorry if it's a silly question BUT - altho a long time MSE i've never looked at this thread. Seriously need to be on a diet (few kilos but they need to go) but don't want to do a drastic one/no replacement meal/need an easy one etc.. Reading few posts on here this seem easy to follow so could sbdy please direct me to the how to/what to etc? thanks a lot for your help. And well done to all of you sticking to it!

    HI Froggy :) Have a look on the website www.slimming-world.co.uk for a seven day menu plan which, if followed to the letter will give you a really good weight loss in your first week or two. After that things tend to slow down to a healthy 1 or 2 pounds a week but it will introduce you to a sustainable healthy eating plan which is safe for all the family. Post 1 of this thread has some info too :D
    I let my mind wander and it never came back!
