Plenty of veg in them! Toms, mushrooms, celery, peppers etc You'd be surprised how much veg you can fit into meals like this! I even grate carrots in my spag bols (kids won't eat them otherwise!)Very £1,379.90

Lunch - ryvita things and laughing cow lights, grapes, mug shot if I fancy it
Tea - can anyone have a look to see how many syns are in a quorn frozen lasagne please? If its not horrific I'll have that with salad after WI
Evening - strawberries and raspberries (maybe with a dollop of chocolate spread if the lasagne isn't awful synwise)
Will report in with the damage from WI later:o
ETA - quorn lasagne is 15 syns! Thank you minimins! Will eat it to use it up and be good for the rest of the day (hopefully)0 -

Morning All,
Had a very strange bank holiday weekend!
Saturday it was my 1st wedding anniversary! Can't believe it has been a whole year!
And to think 1 year ago i was nearly 2st lighter:eek:
Bearing in mind i have kept going to SW - it shows how easy it is to put on! (and how much i don't get on with new consultant)
My mum keep saying i look slimmer! But the scales don't agree
Had a lovely meal out - choose fairly wisely but i couldn't the eton mess my Nana left go to waste!- payback for the chips she nicked off my plate! lol - needless to say i put on 2lbs this week!
Copperjar - please don't be disheartened - when i first joined (nearly 2 years ago) i was losing at a fairly steady rate (1-2lbs a week) meaning i lost just over 4 st in 10 months! At least you are loosing! Don't think sod it or you will put it on like i have!
The line is drawn & i am starting from scratch
Today is green
B - Strawbs & ff vanilla onken
L - Baked bean lasagne (hea for cheese) with swede
D - Butternut squash & lentil curry with rice
S - Fibre plus bar (heb), milk in coffee (hea) & ryvita minis (heb), muller lights & plenty of water!
Exercise - 1hour Zumba & if i get to gym early i will go on cross trainer & treadmill until Zumba starts
Now sorting out my shopping list so i have enough fruit & veg for the week
Stressed atm - Uni is mucking me about (AGAIN) with timetable - still don't know what day i am going back or which modules i am doing - i wish for just once they could get it right - be glad when it is all over!
Sorry for the waffle - on my own in office today & need to talk to someone - should get back to work really :rotfl:
Well done everyone & keep on the tank - i am fully strapped in now - no way to get me off this time!0 -

I guess it depends on how you cook the main dish - curry, bolognais and curry all contain tomato which js a good start and then you can add in a load of other veg as scorpiod said. I'm not so keen on adding too many veggies to these dishes so I always do plain steamed veg to go on the side of any dish - carrots and broccoli are practically daily, then I also do string or french beans, cabbage, kohl rabbi - what ever is in the garden or what looks good at the supermarket. Sometimes I put a sauce onthe veg but I, and kids, are quiet happy to eat them plain steamed.
Don't forget too that fruit is also SF so finishing a meal with a few pieces of fresh or canned fruit should also count.Trying to keep in budget.
