Wow Miss Piggy that's a great result :T

How are you finding EE, it's my first week at SW and I'm doing EE? Takes a little getting used to the idea you don't have to weigh & measure :)

    Evening all!
Day 1 of the new improved me has gone ok - I have stuck to plan religiously for the first time in ages, have done my nails, a body scrub, facial scrub, walked for 90 mins and done about 5 hours of school work.:j

    Today's food ....
    Breakfast - banana
Lunch - 3 ryvita things (B choice), 3 Laughing Cow lights (A choice), grapes and an apple
Mid afternoon - stewed apple (B choice)
Tea - quorn crispy fillet (4 syns I think), lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 3 new pots, boiled egg, pickled cabbage and beetroot, grated cheese (A choice), dollop of tomato ketchup (1 syn)
Evening - raspberries, strawberries and a teeny bit of chocolate spread.

    So that's 2 A's, 2 B's and 5 syns plus choc spread - a triumph for me!

Dizzy - I too am having bloated belly/whiffy bum issues! Hope something happens before I go back to class for the first time in about 3 months tomorrow:o Who would have thought a vegetarian could get constipated!
  • Miss Piggy, fabulous loss. well done. That chicken jambalya sounds nice. I'll try that when/if I can locate the recipe.

I'm another one following EE. I've stuck to the plan, so will see what happens with WI in Wednesday to see if I'm doing it right.:)

    Hello

I will post less frequently when I am back at work next week :p

But until then you will have to put up with me......:D

So, I ended up with chilli (mince, onion, mushroom, pepper, passata, oxo, chillis) SW wedges and another salad... and a HEA of cheese on my chilli and wedges .... mmmmmmm

I have only had one cup of coffee today, so counted the dash of milk as 0.5 syns, which meant I could have my cheese!! I have also made an effort to drink loads of NAS squash.....

I have only had 0.5 syns today, but I am stuffed..... tomorrow is likely to be syn heavy so it will help to compensate.....

I feel so much better for being back on plan.... why did I stop and get into this mess???? Oh well, just keep going....

    Owl xx

I am thinking of giving extra easy ago and planning menus accordingly. This will be hard for me because I am used to red/green days meaning I can have the choice of two HEB options and two HEA options.

I have an unopened pack of cheese in my fridge and an opened pack of feta - out of interest if you follow extra easy but also love cheese, how do you incorporate this into the plan as I usually use my HEA option for milk

another day that started well. and went pear shaped oh  try again tomorrow.

might try to post my menus on here also :j

    Any help from you experienced SWs is much appreciated; today's plan for me;

B: Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEB), fat free natural yoghurt and a banana
S: Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEB)
L: Pasta with tomato and veggie sauce (peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgette)
S: Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
D: Prawns in Thai sweet chill sauce (3.5 syns) with peppers, carrot, mushrooms and brocolli and rice

Does that look okay for EE; how can I sneak more SF in?
you could snack on some lovely scrunchy apples, or pears are just coming into season, and there's peaches, nectarines, cherries, strawberries all still around. Or even raw carrots.

I think you would have to syn the cheese. Or syn the milk, especially if you don't use your whole quota as a HEA, and use the cheese as HEA instead. On EE you don't need the 2 HEBs cos most of the things that are HEBs (meat on green days; pasta and potatoes on red days) are free on EE.

It's not been a good Bank Holiday for me really, not counting the rotten weather. I just had to drive to the next town with my cat wrapped up and howling and fitting in the back of the car so he could be given a lethal injection, bless him, I've had him 17 years, rescued him as a feral and he taught me everything I know about cats and much about life (eg cats are better than men:o ) but he had renal failure and arthritis and this never-ending fit today just wasn't fair on him. I am sad and going over my syns with a big glass of wine cos Sammy never complained about my size.
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

    thank you Slimming World!
