Frozen veg is absolutely fine. Try activia fat free too, they are nicer than muller lights in my opinion.

    Happy Monday everyone :)

This thread sure does move fast; glad there are lots of you to share the SW Journey with!

Thanks for the advice Flat Eric hope the planning goes well for you; sometimes having a good think about what you're going to have is motivating; good luck :)

Welcome Scorpiod best of luck; before you know it the pounds will be disappearing!

Well done on the loss gunsandbanjos sounds like you're doing really well :T

Sorry to hear you're having a bad week Copperjar - I know how you feel, it can be so disheartening when you don't get the loss you were hoping for :( There have been some great suggestions from the others; hope next week is a better one for you

Dizzyk - your dynorod soup sounds like good stuff! :rotfl:Hope you get ironing done so Mr D doesnt have to go to work in his Birthday suit!

Great job on the cleaning mission Owl - I blitzed the garden yesterday; was hard work! Hope it pays off at the scales!

    Welcome niceday999 and flutterbyuk25 :)

As for me; still trying with the EE as only my first week; weigh in tomorrow eek! Its so hard at times trying to get the SFs in as I'm sooooooo full!

    Any help from you experienced SWs is much appreciated; today's plan for me;

B: Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEB), fat free natural yoghurt and a banana
S: Alpen Light Bar (1/2 HEB)
L: Pasta with tomato and veggie sauce (peppers, onions, mushrooms, courgette)
S: Options Hot Chocolate (2 syns)
D: Prawns in Thai sweet chill sauce (3.5 syns) with peppers, carrot, mushrooms and brocolli and rice

Does that look okay for EE; how can I sneak more SF in?

    Hi All,

I am rather sheepishly coming back after a LONG period of time off SW where I have foolishly been trying other plans and consequently I'm heavier than I have ever been. I know that SW really is the one for me and my success will be on being positive about it. I'm seeing this as a choice to get the life I want rather than yet another diet.

I'll be here for the long haul - at least 8 stone to lose :o and I plan to enter my food diary here every day to keep myself on track. I started yesterday and had....

B: herby omelette using HEa milk
    S: Plums
L: HEb bread, flora (1), ham, lettuce, cucumber, coleslaw (3), more plums, mullerlight
    S: mullerlight
D: salmon fillet, new potatoes, peas and french beans followed by raspberries, nectarine, banana and mullerlight
    S: options (2)
    Exercise: 6hrs at the allotment!

    syn total: 6 :D:D:D:D:D:D

    Today's food has been....

    B: banana and mullerlight
S: plums (can you guess what's growing in my friend's garden :rotfl:)
L: Smoked salmon, HEb bread and flora (1), apple
    S: grapes
D: roast chicken, potatoes, parsnip, carrots, swede, broccoli and bovril gravy.
S: Have to think of something for my syns :A
    E: 45mins walking the dog

Mrs Ging and I have a wedding to go to in two weeks, a holiday in five weeks, a weekend away in Nov, Christmas, my brother wedding in March and then my 30th in july so loads going on this year. Ideally of course I would be at target to enjoy them but I have accepted this will not be the case and beating myself up will only make me feel like a failure before I even get started.

So, as they say: onwards and..... downwards?

    Evening all!

Just been to weigh in ......-6lbs!!!! Am really chuffed with that. Didn't stay to group as there was a bit of argy bargy. Replacement C (our one on hols!) was running late and very stressed and got quite narky with one girl that queried her weigh in result. Started going on about how fast she'd had to drive to get there for us! :rotfl:Think the girl concerned is going to complain to the powers that be!

Still, I'm happy with my result :D

    Menu today: Extra Easy

B: Fried egg (frylight) in toast (B). Banana.
L: Pasta in sauce (1/2 syn) Apple
D: Chicken Jambalaya with lots of veg included

Chicken jambalaya very nice - followed SW recipe this time and its just as nice as doing it with savoury rice

    Miss P
    xx
