Yup ....the mugshots sweet & sour are FREE on EE & GREEN plans :j:j

Hope to see more of your posts, most people find it helpful to post their daily menus (especially when starting out) so they can ask others to have a look to check everything seems ok ;) x

    Afternoon all

I'm still following SW but not really in the mood to post much at the moment due to various illnesses getting me down. As a result of a Vitamin B12 issue I have been advised to start eating fish (I'm veggie) so will need to re-read my books to see where it fits in with green days/SW overall.

Would someone be so kind as to check the following for syn values on Green days as they are not in my 2010 food diary?

    - M&S Thai style fishcakes
    - Asda Chosen by you Meat Free nut Roast Mix
    - Asda Chosen by you Meat Free Lincolnshire Style Sausage Mix

    Thanks! :)

    Green day:

B - 2 eggs fried in frylight on HM WM bread (HEB), LF marg (0.5syns), beans, brown sauce (1 syn)
L - HM SF celery soup, salad, LF salad cream (2.5syns), cheese (HEA)
D - pasta, HM SF veggie bolognaise sauce, cheese (HEA)
Snacks - banana, pear, peach, HM WM bread (HEB)
Srinks - coffee, soda water, squash, water

Total syns = 4, may have kitkat later

Hi and welcome to the thread.

Is that menu for tomorrow extra easy? You have no meat so could be a green day, in which case you get an extra A+B choice. If it is extra easy you have nowhere near enough superfrees.

The fruit and fibre is 5 syns per 28g on all plans, green/red or extra easy so count it as 5 whatever day you decide on. Or use it as a B choice.

Yes you can have chicken with your dinner. You do need more fruit and veg though if you are planning an EE day. 1/3 of your plate should be superfree not including peas/sweetcorn/potatoes as veg.
