  • I hope you feel better soon saidan! don't worry about putting on, the scenic route to target is just as valid as the direct one!

in winter our bodies are designed to store fat to keep us warm and keep us going if food stores dry up. once spring finally makes an appearance, our weight loss will kick in again.

i've got my interview this afternoon. getting really nervous now! making DH cook me scrambled egg on toast and make me a brew!
  • ooooh good luck Evilsquid - can't wait to hear how you get on

I now won't be weighing in again for two weeks until I get back.

But you will! You'll be weighed on your first visit to the SW group in Glasgow and again the week after to see how much you've lost!!;) Good to hear you'll be logging in while you'e away but it is hard typing in gloves.

But the wine will exceed my syns for the day, I had no syns yesterday, and I figure if I have none or little tomorrow I might be OK...then again, maybe not.
Have a good day to all.

I always save my syns for weekend wine so provided you don't go over 105 for the week you should be fine. Totally agree about 'having a life'. I think it's where that doesn't happen people give up.

Wishing you all the very best for this afternoon evilsquid. You come across as very bright, enthusiastic, knowlegeable and full of ideas you're willing to share which is just the sort of consultant we'd all like to have! Good Luck.

I had WI this morning and lost another 0.5lbs. I had to pay:eek: for the first time since August. I know no-one will feel sorry for me (DH laughed and said I could have spent £5 on chocolate instead:rotfl:) but I seem to be so in SW mode in my head that I find it really hard to stray from the plan. I'm going to actively try to introduce more HEXs. It's not the money, I just don't want to look scrawny.

You're right and it will be interesting to see how her scales compare with mine - and of course it will be in the evening rather than first thing when I weigh at home.

I think I'll be wearing more than gloves when I'm there. I've actually forgotten how cold it gets there. Our lowest temps here are about 13 celsius during the day and about 8 at night (absolute minimum) but not often that low!
