I'd like to have one, but wish muller would stop putting bloody gelatine in them. Honestly, who makes non vegetarian yoghurts?

I do understand it's a long hard process, although i'm new to SW I have dieted for 20 years. Usually I loose weight very slowly and last week just gave me hope that finally I how found a diet that was really effective on my body. Maybe it still will be, only time will tell.
If I hadn't stuck to it

i think you have to look at it like this - you didn't put the weight on overnight - so it's not going to come off overnight either......

I spent 12 years putting on 5+1/2 stone and I have spent the last 18 months losing it. my book is littered with .5lb losses - but you just have to keep going.

If exercise is new to you then remember it takes a good few weeks for your body to get used to it - and it can take a few weeks before it shows in your weight loss...

I have an absolute find for you. Just had one for lunch, and it was gorgeous. Asda Chosen by You Chicken Breasts with Sun-dried Tomato Butter, twin pack - and the best bit is they are totally free, even with the butter. I found them in the SW branded foods book, then double checked on the Sw website.

  • Well hello there everyone! I am a regular poster from long-ago (well, summer 2011) and lost about a stone then. I've kept most of it off, but drifted away from the SW support thread :(

However... i'm now getting married this year :j and so need to get back on the dizzy tank for sure. I hope you'll have me back :p

My online membership has lapsed but will sort that out tonight. Untill then i'll guess at syn values...

    Diary for today:

    B: porridge (B) with milk (A)
L: tuna sandwich (B) with mayo (2?) and salady bits
D: ?? i got some salmon out of the freezer, might call at supermarket for some veggies to have with it
S: apple, 2 pears, muller light, 1/2 bag minstrels (4?), sun bites crisps (5)

Jeez, thats 11 syns already.. see why i need to get back on track?! :rotfl:

    Can anyone offer quick advice?

I was meeting up with a long lost relation for breakfast at Frankie & Benny’s’ yesterday and then a half brother whom I have not saw in probably 30 years!!! So I never got on at all, changed my WI day to a Wednesday as I only put new battery in this morning :rotfl:

I have not had time to catch up on the thread as you will imagine so well done to all that have lost, if not then don’t stress, tomorrow is another day!

I lost 1.5lb this week, so 7.5lbs in total since I started, it may be slower than others but I am quite happy with that.

If anyone has an Aldi near them, I have been getting there FF yoghurts which are the same the shape as Mullerlights and only 31p, the vanilla and choc one is lush!

    Today’s menu

B – FF Vanilla & choc yoghurt with banana & blueberries
L – HM Chicken broth, wholemeal roll, 2 light LC triangles (HEA HEB)
D – SW cheesy broccoli bake (4 syns)
S – Grapes, apple, kiwi, cherry mullerlight

I have also had green T x 2 & 2 coffees with a splash of milk; I only used 2 of my 5 triangles so figure a wee bit of milk is ok

A better couple of days for me - I have given myself a good shake so apologies for being a twined moo on Monday!

I spent yesterday evening making up some salads for taking with me in the car today (I travel around a lot with my work); I made rice salad (rice, spring onions, sweetcorn & peas); beetroot salad (beetroot, carrot & red onion) and curried coleslaw (cabbage, carrot, onion, curry powder and a wee dot of light mayo (3 syns); I took some of this with me along with 3 slices of turkey and I felt really full after it all.

I had a banana & a pear for breakfast with black coffee and have had a muller light and a banana as a snack.

Tea tonight is homemade chicken curry (chicken, onion, red pepper, garlic, ginger, chopped tomatoes & spices) which I'll have with rice.

I don't really do bread or cereal/cereal bars so often don't have my HEB but figure I am getting plenty of fibre from the rest of my diet. Might have some dairylea light triangles tonight if I'm peckish which will be my HEA.

Good luck to those who are WI today. x

    Salads sound yummy!

Have you thought of using your HEB as olive oil in your cooking/salad dressing?
