Morning All
Well you have been a chatty lot over the weekend!! Monday is my normal weigh in day but went to go on scales this morning and they are brokenI didn’t have time this morning to check if it was battery as had to get out the door with 2 young kiddies for 7.10 this morning, will get hubby to check later.
Good luck to all who have WI’s this week.
My EE plan for today is:-
B – Strawberries & blueberries, FF Natural yoghurt
L – HM chicken broth, wholemeal roll with laughing cow light
D – Lemon cous cous fish (6 syns) chips, roast veg
HEA- 2 x laughing cow light, small amount of milk for 2 coffees.
HEB – wholemeal roll
I have left my book in the house, does the fish have to be synned? I know the SW recipe does due to breadcrumbs but mine will be in cous cous. TIA
I went 2 hour walk dragging the kids along with me yesterday, they were not amused :rotfl:. Plan on 30-40 mins walking at lunchtime.
Have a good day everyone.:TGratitude is the best Attitude :T

Aaargh - why do I feel so sick every Monday morning before WI??? You would think I was going to the gallows the way I Feel. Will report back later!Mortgage Aug 22 £280,000
Current mortgage £28,0000 -
macpep, don't know what's in the fish recipe to make 6 syns (previously breadcrumbs?) but most fish in itself is free on EE days. Some fish is even SS!
When do you fly to uk mm? I was wondering whether your mum will be feeding you SW foods and whether you'll still be able to get on line. I expect there'll be a few different items appearing on your menu.
My EE plan:
B: NAS squash, kippers, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: blueberries, toast, cold meat??? not sure probably just graze on what I can findlamb stir fry with loads of veg and noodles

I'm very much hoping that she'll be ok with all the things I'm going to be asking her to buy in for me! The plan is to go to SW on Tuesday evening and to take her with me! We'll then both go to class the following Tuesday before flying back on Wednesday - she's coming back with me for two weeks so hoping that she'll have a nice loss in those four weeks and will keep going when she gets back - especially if we can report to each other every week.
It's hard for her because my Dad is a really boring eater and she can't try out new things on him so she ends up making the same things every week and of course she eats them too. My plan is to try and show her how she can make that stuff SW-friendly so that she can continue feeding him and not be guilty about eating it too.
Taking a load of recipes with me that I've printed off from here and some that I've developed myself.Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

Hi everyone,
After reading everyone's posts here, I have decided to join my local SW group. I am reallllyyy scared however! There is one on tonight and one tomorrow night so I am hoping to plluck up the courage and go to the one tonight if possible. Does anyone have any advice as to how I can get rid of these nerves? Thanks guys xx0 -
Hi all.. weighed this morning
i have changed to Mondays to try and help reign myself in over the weekends... I have now only lost 3lbs since Xmas.. poor showing on my part, losing and gaining the same few pounds.
OH has now decided he's back at the gym and eatng healthily so i'm hoping that they'll be no more temptations...
So extra easy today
B - apple, yogurt, weetabix (2)
L - potato/squash bake (leftovers) squash makes up over half of it for SF's (Hea)
T - spanish chicken and chorizo rice, pineapple and some salad as a starter
S - crisps(4) satsumas, apple, 2 ryvitacrunch (Heb) milk in tea (1)
macpep - i wouldn't syn the couscous.. sounds nice - I have some fish in the freezer that i need to eat (i don't like fish) so covering it in lemony couscous may be the answer...

Well I weighed in this morning to find I've put on 1/4 of a pound. I know it's not a lot and it was * week last week but I was extremely fed up this morning. I feel better now though. Maybe if I start posting my day's food on here it'll help, although I keep a food diary anyway. So here goes:
B: Milky coffee (last one I think *sad*)
S: Honey nut shredded wheat 12 pieces (HEB) with splash s/s milk
L: Ham salad with light salad cream (3 syns on salad cream), mullerlightwill be Mango chicken from one of the magazines (not to hand so I can't remember what veggies are in it) but I haven't decided what to have with it
Drinks so far are strong tea with s/s milk x2 and green tea x1 and if I need another snack I have a banana.
Comments anyone please?"...And if it don't feel good, what are you doing it for?" - Robbie Williams - 'Candy'0 -

Hi Goldilockz, well done for deciding to take the plunge.
What is it about the group that makes you nervous? I'm sure the consultant will be lovely.. you should get weighed away from the general hustle and bustle and your weight is kept secret unless you want to tell anyone.
it is a big step going through those doors, but think of it s a great acheivement.
I am considering re-joining class. i'm struggling doing it on my own and now we've moved I know there's a new class (same consultant) closer to us with different people in it... hmm maybe something to discuss with OH..Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0
