Oh my, that dyno rod soup was very tasty! I can't believe how much it made tho, I'll be eating it morning noon and night! I did leave out the baked beans, but the rest was recipe-followed. Had with a small wholemeal roll with hea Philadelphia light.
Will definitely be tryin chocolate Philly when that arrives!"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -
Ok, I'm definitely back on the wagon! Have been shockingly bad for the past few months over my exams etc. And it shows.
But I turn 30, 12 weeks tomorrow and I refuse to be fat and 30!!!!!
So here I am, weighed this morning at 10st 5. I aim to lose a stone at least before my birthday, is that realistic? The trouble with the world is that the stupid are cocksure and the intelligent are full of doubt.Bertrand Russell0 -
I had my first SW weigh in today, and I lost 7.5lbs.
I am totally amazed. I've never lost more than 3lb in a week on any diet before.0 -

But its just that for the last 3 weeks....i have busted my a$$...and lost 1lb...
i know overall...in 6 months i have lost over 4 stone...
but i dont want it to slow down from now to target, or it will take forever to get there!
thank you all for your support and kind words:A
Oh that must just be so frustrating. But thank you for sharing it with us because I am sure everyone will hit this barrier.0 -
Forgot to say earlier - some fantastic weight losses! Well done ladies! :j:j
I think it's 1 tablespoon for a HEb of olive oil but i could be wrong???
You will also need to find a second Heb.... other than that it's a very healthy menu.. is it enough food for you so that you won't be hungry?
Not listening... :rotfl:
Do you think this would make a nice base for a pizza? I was going to do grated courgette but i always find this becomes too bendy!
May have to pop to the shop tomorrow and pick up some cottage cheese.. and maybe look for the new choc philedelphia and mint mullers...
The mint mullers were on the tesco delivery slots in my area - although they seem to have replaced the coconut and choc ones - they better be good!!! :rotfl:
I've not looked for the choc phili - does anyone know the syns?

Hi everyone
Hope you don't mind if I invite myself in, I've done SW previously (2009) and lost almost 2.5 stones.
It all went back on and I'm now doing SW again, but online. I've spent the last 8 months messing around and saying I'm going to lose the weight again and I'm fed up of hearing myself say it now, so here I am, needing a kick up the whatsit! I'm finding it hard to remain motivated, but I think mentally I'm a bit more 'with it' this week than I have been.
Can't get my head around EE at all so am doing Red / Green (mostly red) as this worked well for me before.
Anyway, hope that's all ok to just barge in. WI is FridayI myself am made entirely of flaws, stitched together with good intentions...0 -
I know someone asked about the half syn cake - hopefully this works ok, let me know if not0

Hello folks, not popped in here for a while but was after some ideas. I've been doing sw for a while now and its been going great. I had a lot ( and I mean a lot) to lose, but have lost just over 7 stone, and stilll going great. Sw is fab for me as my main meals havent changed too much, except I've pretty much stopped eating bread, so have to be a bit more inventive at lunch. I guess this makes it easier to cut out the crap.
Anyway I'm really after some advice for my sister. She's previously done sw and wants to start again with me but she doesnt eat fruit or yoghurts and I really mean no fruit at all, she really doesn't like it. I've been trying to come up with suggestions for snacky things that she can just grab when she's hungry which are a) not fruit or yoghurts and b) not too expensive. I just wondered whether any of you lovely ladies (or gents) may have any suggestions.
Thanks0
