The page moved as it finished loading so where I meant to press shifted but I don't know what I've done!! Help??!!!!

Dont worry about it, i have done it before on my iphone. A post will only get deleted as spam if more than one person presses it.

Seems that a few of us are in the same boat BM - let's hope we can all get back on the wagon this week. I have days when I'm exactly the same as you.

Well done losers and honest gainers :) Med Mum is so right, this is real life. I keep having to remind myself that this can't be for a short term, this has to be my life forever. I've been battling weight for over ten years and I'm only mid 20's now. I've finally found an exercise I like and can enjoy (walking) and hopefully will be able to start swimming soon too. I need to remember I CAN give into temptation, I just need to learn restraint and only be tempted now and again, not every time I have a cup of tea or every time I see an old friend or everytime I walk into the kitchen. Moderation and restraint will be two words for February's vocabulary!
  • Finally someone who had a good week - well done.

What date's your birthday? I'm also in two weeks, on the 15th. I'd wanted to reach one and a half stone by then but I'm going backwards at the moment so don't think it'll happen!

Mine's the 14th. I'd originally wanted to lose a stone by then but I started doing SW later than planned so it'll be hard going from here (but not impossible). The ultimate deadline is 9/9 which will be our first wedding anniversary - target is 9 stone 7 and I'm currently 12 stone 2 3/4. If I was well over 6 feet tall I'd be okay but at 5 feet 1 it's waaaaaay too heavy!

See, more losers have appeared! Don't be discouraged, we all have bad days and good days, it's the overall balance that matters I think :T

    hi all

well done to the losers - and hugs to the gainers

I STS  7 green days with my very limited diet did not help my weight loss cause

AND the consultant & manager who were there said on red/green i must eat 1/3 SF........so i said well then this isn't the diet for me cos i can't do that....they back-tracked saying its different for you cos of your medical issues - but i said either we need to eat 1/3 or we don't! but i didn't get a reply

group also ran 45 minutes over - lots of people getting up and leaving but i felt that would be rude - so i text dh and stayed.....but it wasn't worth it really, every person the c talks to she says what was your favourite recipe this week? or something similar and then the person talks away for ages - when there are 40 of you to get through it's just too much.

grrrrr - so frustrated i just had 2 white bread & marmite, a cadbury chomp and a packet of monster munch

Prudent - cheese scones, ingredients 300g chive and onion cottage cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 100g instant smash. Mix the cottage cheese and beaten eggs with hand blender then stir in instant mash. Add salt and pepper. Put into balls and flatten and put in baking tray with fry light. Bake for 20mins at 180. I added a bit of grated cheese to the top. They are free on green and EE and if you add cheese that can be your hea.

Fabulous thank you :) I have all the ingredients except the instant mash. I will add it to the shopping list.

    Hi
I'm an old slimming Worlder, and did the diet before EE. You do not need to eat 1/3 superfree, with the green and red plan. I'm sticking to the green/red days again this time, and I'm losing fine.

    A work in progress :D
