Maintain this week, not happy done an hour exercise each day.

Told consultant I would go back to green days, as think I have not been eating enough, but not felt like it-not like me. Any how she's says I still have to eat 1/3 veg etc with each meal?

Found extra easy too much food and expensive, help?

you don't have to eat 1/3rd super free with green. it seems to have crept in as an absolute rule since EE took over. do consultants even get proper training on green/red anymore? it sounds like nobody but us old hands at SW actually knows how it works anymore!

i lost a stone doing just green last time and this was before EE and 1/3 super free. i lived on SW chips, HEB meat/fish servings and loads of pasta meals for dinner/tea and cereal/bread/ryvitas/yogurt for breakfast.

Well done to all the losers and hugs to those who have gained.

Had day off work today and made cheese scones, weetabix cake and also a lasagne for dinner, all SW recipes. Let's hope they taste as good as they look.

Primmer is the cheese scones recipe on the website? Love cheese scones and used to make them a lot. I still would like to be able to make them for OH and daughter when she is home as they are one of her favourites.

Big hugs to anyone who has gained this week. I think this time of the year is quite tough emotionally. It will be easier once we get onto spring and the potential of pretty summery clothes.

I also want to thank everyone who encouraged me yesterday as I was down about what I had eaten. Today has been much more on course thankfully:

B: porridge, berries 0% greek yoghurt
s: an apple and a tangerine
L: very small portion of lentil soup, some left over quorn stir fry with a baked potato and an apple.
D: prawns, fat free dressing mixed with a bag of salad

I have half a cantaloupe melon for later if I am hungry.

Prudent - cheese scones, ingredients 300g chive and onion cottage cheese, 2 beaten eggs, 100g instant smash. Mix the cottage cheese and beaten eggs with hand blender then stir in instant mash. Add salt and pepper. Put into balls and flatten and put in baking tray with fry light. Bake for 20mins at 180. I added a bit of grated cheese to the top. They are free on green and EE and if you add cheese that can be your hea.

That's really interesting for a newbie like me. I am already sick of eating so many veggies, and I like the thought of being able to swtich to green for a few days break in the future.
  • OMG i just cant stop eating!! Dont come near me i would probably eat you!!!

After being so good since beginning of January - this week has just completely gone wrong, i just can not stop eating!
