That sounds really good. Were they light ones which I think are 3 syns, or the normal ones.
They were the normal ones, but only because my tiny tesco didn't have the light ones! I'll be hunting them up when I canlilian1977 wrote: »Senora Pie - the Ski Lemon Mousses are fab frozen as well, 4 syns.
Oooh I'll have a look for them. Was fab how long I could make it last, so really felt like I'd had a proper treat! Didn't actually have any more syns after that
I've decided that I'm going to give up red meat for a bit. I seem to be having 'issues' at the minute, as bad as before I started on slimming world and the doc said it was probably too much fat in my diet. Well I'm eating healthily now but suffering again. So going to give it a go! It'll be hard tho, I LOVE steak and chilli and spag bol and lasagna... Will maybe give quorn a go for the mince substitute. I made burgers once using pork mine, but wasn't a fan at all "Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -

raw puff pastry: 4.5 for 25g or 4 per 25g for light on all plans.
i looked this up the other week after making a fish pie covered in a jus-rol sheet. i nearly cried when i twigged i realised i had the choice of a teeny square or blowout lol.
Thanks for that, if I had known it was only that I would have had a small pieceA bit of a milestone for me today, I got back in the pool after 4 months of not swimming.
Managed 1km in 33 mins, so I was pleased with that.
I fancied a cold lunch for a change so before I went for the swim I grilled chicken breast, and boiled pasta, and left them in the fridge. Now I need to cut up some white cabbage and grate some carrotts to make lots of coleslaw. I'm going to try to make a sort of passata and fromage frais dressing.
Hope everyone has a good day, and finds some tasty syn free foods to keep them full.
I followed the SW recipe for coleslaw and made a big batch yesterday, it was disgusting, had to throw the lot out:eek:
Lost 0.5lb - Gutted but understand TOTM must affect my loss, overall 6lb so am pleased with that.
So today’s plan –
B – 2 x weetabix (HEB), skimmed milk, (HEA) rest of milk for coffee, banana
L – Wholemeal pitta (6 syns), half can tuna, lettuce, cucumber, pepper, beetroot followed by summer berries with FF yoghurt
D – Chicken stir fry thing which was made a week or so ago and 3 remaining portions put in the freezer. Apple & kiwi
Good luck to those who lost and for those who gained as Med Mum so correctly put it, sometimes life does get in the way, just jump back on the wagon and start again, don’t beat yourself up over it. :T

I think one of my friends may have got confused as she told me I would have to weigh things like pasta and rice on green, if I don't then I will go with the green plan full time. Thank you for letting me know this. I think I will just have to be disciplined not to use all 4 HE on cheese!! It will be nice though to have milk for teas, and still a portion of cheese on some days. Can I say well done Nessa56, I hope I can do as well as you! OK, I am going to have a naughty evening tonight (risotto and wine!), then will be here in the morning ready to give this my best shot. Thanks again for your already helpful advice.0

Told consultant I would go back to green days, as think I have not been eating enough, but not felt like it-not like me. Any how she's says I still have to eat 1/3 veg etc with each meal?
Found extra easy too much food and expensive, help?0 -
Hmmm I don't think she's right about 1/3 applying to green days. I'm not an expert tho!
