Woke up REALLY hungry this morning so just had a very naughty brekkie of a banana, mullerlight and TWO shredded wheats. So that's my HEB gone already, plus the syns I swore I would avoid today after yesterday's WW wrap debacle. What a start.

On the up side I'm feeling nice and full now so should be ok till lunchtime when I'm planning a prawn & pasta salad.

Tonight it's roast chicken with SW roasties and lots of veges. I'll ask DH to take the chicken out of the oven and take the skin off and give it to the dog before I go near it, otherwise I know I won't be able to resist!
Oh dear, here we go again.
  • I don't know why people beat themselves up about eating HEs and syns - at whatever time of day. The point is that we're allowed them so why are you feeling guilty about them?

Just write a plan for the rest of the day and miss out the HEs that you've already used and of course the syns that you've had too. Don't try and skimp on things that you're allowed.

    I'm cross!

I was out today and needed some lunch so I bought a WW chicken fajita wrap, which I thought was a fairly safe choice compared to all the other lovely sandwiches on the counter. I kept the packaging and checked it on the syns calc when I got home and can't believe it was 15 syns! So that's my day down the pan.

    Ah well, another lesson learned.

Wraps are terrible, you'd think they'd be good but they're not, you'd be better off having wholemeal bread, then you can take 6 syns off the filling!

Senora Pie - the Ski Lemon Mousses are fab frozen as well, 4 syns.

i went slightly overboard on syns this week. having a holiday from group has totally sent me off the rails. I'm having to change groups so ill be doing WI on wed i think. back on track tomorrow morning and i WILL go to the gym too.

btw have you guys heard about this? http://www.stylist.co.uk/life/philadelphia-launch-cadburys-flavour i know kraft own cadbury and philadelphia but chocolate cream cheese just seems wrong. although if its a HEA i may have to reconsider :rotfl:

I think is one of those things that I'm just going to have to have a try of.. I love Nutella so it can't be much different can it?? ohhh it'll be a slippery slope if it's yummy !! :rotfl:

Jenny - this isn't a naughty breakfast, if you're on EE then you've had 1/3rd superfree, a HEB and the yogurts free.. Isn't it 1.5 shredded wheat in a HEb? i wouldn't even count the extra syns in the extra bit of shredded wheat! The rest of your day looks nice and completely on plan.

Med mum - i'm with you - i put on 3 lbs this week too.. I just wasn't brave enough to post it :( I'm with you though - we can lose it again this week!

So first day of my plan - green day
B - apple, yogurt and half choc weetabix (2)
    L - spaghetti hoops
T - pork meatloaf (Heb's & Hea) salad, bulgar wheat, sweet chilli sauce (2)
S - crisps (4) satsumas, nectarines, milk in teas (hea)

Have a good day all x
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

  • Oh believe me I was going to lie and say that I'd stayed the same!!!!!!!!! But who am I kidding - only myself.

Anyway it's done and we're going to put it behind us and we're both going to lose next week!

Anybody tried the butternut and red pepper soup on the website? I thought I'd make some for lunch, just wondered if it's nice.
Oh dear, here we go again.
