    Hi all,
Well I warmed the prawns as I melted the cheese and I still seem to be standing :D

Lost another 1lb today so 6lb in total in January so far. I'm pleased with that as I haven't stuck to it 100%. However having stuck to it perfectly for this week, I now feel very determined. Lets hope I can keep it up!

Have struggled this week and feel frustrated. :( I know where I am going wrong, I just wish the magic fix was easier.

I wrote out a meal plan at the beginning of my sw week but I haven't stuck to it! I need to get myself in check and re-evaluate.

Not sure why as much as I want to get slim, I self sabotage and ruin best laid plans ?

I wish my tummy would run away! Far far away!!! Lol :D
  • Oh no, please try not to think of it as a punishment - we all fall off the wagon (some of us more than others :o) but you should be loving the plan otherwise it will be even harder work...:p

Well done on your loss, it's all in the right direction :j, as gettingthere said, try not to be too dissapointed - 1lb a week over a year is over 3.5stone!

That's what's so frustrating! Most of the time I love it, but whenever I get near/just over a milestone I go off the rails  it annoys me every time, and I do it every time. There's no rush to lose weight, I know that. But I always beat myself up about things. Really trying to relax now, and just stick to it.

Hope everyone has a good weekend :)

I'm having a few treats to try and get back to target. I have to admit that eating/meal planning SW way is so in my head I'm finding it quite hard. How strange is that?

    Today's EE plan:

B: NAS squash, HEB toast, mushrooms, brown sauce, HEA milk for teas
    L: probably vegetable soup
D: duck, dauphinoise potatoes, peas, carrots, onions, broccoli
Syns: weekend wine:j, sauce, dauphinoise (made with low fat creme fraiche rather than quark plus cheese).

I love this thread! Getting some fab ideas for menus and you are all so supportive. I wonder how much weight has been lost in total by everyone on here? Probably enough to make several extra people.

Right, can I ask a really daft question please? I'm doing EE and finding it great, feeling healthier than I have in years, it's true you are what you eat! I've been given a load of pre-EE books and mags and there are some fab recipes but syns are only given for red & green. Is there any way of working out EE syns from this?

BTW I'm not over-impressed with the big syns book, really badly organised so I'm finding it hard to find what I'm looking for. Ah well, live and learn.
Oh dear, here we go again.
