    thank you so much...

i too could "ideally" do with loosing another 3 stone:o

im currently 13.10.5, (5 foot 6) but my final target at the mo is 11.12 , so im 1.12.5 off target.... i will see what i look like at that, i know my final target is very generous :o, but i know its more maintainable than maybe 10.10 would be
i do think its quite funny sometimes, when people say to me "you dont need to loose anymore,....." and "you must be at your target now"...when u are still technically obese:D

    Hi again piglet74,
my current weight is 13.1.5 ( 5 foot 5 ) and my final target according to my wii fit and bmi charts is around 9.3 that figure I will dispute because if I lost another 4 stone I really would look like something out of belsen! :rotfl:
In an ideal world I think 10.7 is more attainable. :D

People are already saying to me, how much do you weigh now?
If I told them that then they would be able to add on the 4 and a half stone I have already lost and know how horribly obese I really was.

They also say I dont need to lose anymore, I know I do and will only stop once I am happy. ;)
    Today I have had:
B Weetabix - semi sk milk
    L Home made veg soup
T Slimming world chips, beans and pickles.
    A FULL MELON :D
Later I will have 2 pkts of french fries and a curly wurly.
Hope your day went well xx

Total loss = 5 stone 12.5 lbs. / But now GAINED 1 STONE 1.5 LBS!!

    46 weeks!
  • Evening everyone :) really interesting reading the last few days posts. My consultant always says 1/3 sf throughout the day. Red and green were explained, but not as fully as ee. I just stick with ee although I've probably had some unintentional green days too!

1lb for me this week. Disappointing, but I was ill and didn't really eat, so it's not unexpected. MUST get my 2.5 this week! That's 1/3 of the target I have in my head. Which is depressing, but the time has flown!

Thanks everyone for mentioning that Danish isn't on as a HEB - I always have Danish but write Nimble to not confuse folks - I'm like saidan and can't eat much fibre, but white danish and white nimble have the same calories as each other, just diff fibre so if it makes me lose a bit slower I don't mind as I can't eat anything else at all on the HEB (except when I cheat and have a potato without the skin (fibre!)). I have to sadly just accept it might come off more slowly, but thanks for pointing it out in case I confused anyone else :)

So, 50g pasta is a measley amount. I had 75g dry pasta. Can anyone inform me of the damage please? I suspect 6 syns? (White pasta of course!)

WI for me and I lost 2lbs, giving me my 3.5stone award BUT.....I'm meant to be maintaining. Apparently it is reasonably normal after getting to target if you still eat the SW way. I now have to think whether to have a new target (2lbs to go) or feed my face:D I'm not expecting sympathy.;)

Decisions Decisions ;)..... well done on your award! :T
