WI last night - 1.5 off so got rid of that pesky pound i put on last week plus an extra half!
Would have liked a loss of 2 as it would have put me down into the nine's (just) and I would have got my half stone award but unfortunately it didn't happen!
Well done to all the losers - keep going guys!xxx Nikki xxx0 -

Hi everyone,
I think that some people only hear what they want to when their consultant says they can each as much as they want. Yes we can eat as much as we want but we have to eat at least a third superfree.
Free food needs to limited. If you are filling up on free foods you can't be getting your third superfrees in.
Please be careful about what you are thinking/telling people....while this is true on EE - it is not on red/green days.
i cannot eat any fruit or veg due to a medical condition and it is perfectly ok for me to not do so if i follow red/green......
i am loosing weight - it is slower than if i ate all the superfrees etc, but that is just not possible for me.
green today;
b: 2 nimble, egg
l: noodles
d: inside of a jacket potato.......went well yesterday so having it again :T
oh - and the 30 day dread arrived yesterday - so me dh, and the kids sat and watched it :rotfl: we joined in with the warm up but then all flopped on the sofa. ds2 (he's 4) saying "Yuk look at that lady's tummy, don't get your tummy out mummy. she hasn't got her t-shirt on" - there's my boy!
good eating everyone,

Thank you Saidan.
I've recently started SW again after having my second baby, and I'm finding the nights are the worst at the moment when DS wakes up for a feed, I find I'm starving too, but haven't had anything planned to eat then, as it's not really a normal eating time so I hadn't thought about it. But I end up sneaking into the kitchen once he's asleep again and munching 1 or 2 of the Penguin bars that OH has in.
Must try and plan something for when these night happen, which in all honesty has been most nights this weekHalf of November Make £10 a Day Challenge: £51/ £1700 -

Well done on all your losses so far, you are all an inspiration. It is my first week doing SW, but feel as though I have gained, started Monday and so far only used 16 syns, do you use all your syns each day? My weigh in will be next Monday morning, I am saving some syns for a wee bottle of vino at the weekend
Disaster this morning!!!! Dropped DD at Grans at 7.20, dropped DS at childminders at 7.50, went to work, parked car, went to get bag out with my breakfast and lunch in it to find DD has lifted it and am left with......cross country outfitGonna be megga hungry
So this morning I had some special K bars in my drawer so had to eat one (4.5 syns):mad::mad: and some melon and green tea.
Hubby is going to try and get my lunch to me if he is finished in time so hopefully will look like this:-
L - Wholemeal Roll (HEB), 2 LF tesco cheese slices (HEA), honey roast ham & tsp extra light mayo (1 syn)
D - Gammon Steak, SW chips, big salad. Kiwi & apple.

Red Day
B - 1 x Danish white bread (1/2 HEB), I can't believe it's not butter light (1), jam (0.5) = 4.5syns
L - 2 x Nimble white (HEB), turkey, low fat spread (2 syns), 1 x mini gingerbread men (1 syn), chicken chunks, cherry tomatoes, bananas low calorie jelly (0.5 syns), babybel light (1/2 HEA) = 3.5 syns
D - BBQ Bolognaise, Pasta - how many syns for a small portion on red? , Onken fat free yoghurt.
S - 1 x Danish white bread (1/2 HEB), Babybel light (1/2HEA)
Milk for tea (HEA)
= 8 syns (plus some for pasta) - edit: 4 syns for 50g of pasta, does that sound about right?
Can you have a Danish white bread as a healthy B? According to my book ( and consultant) Healthy b's are supposed to provide fibre and white bread doesn't have enough.
Although the book does say you can have 2 Nimble white for a B choice...:jFlylady and proud of it:j0
