caffeine so late may be having an effect too, too much of it stresses your body out and makes it store fat around your middle. you could try a hot chocolate or a herbal tea for a week and see if that does it. it should help you sleep better too.0 -

Afternoon all! Just put my first batch of the SW Cheese Scones in the oven, bit excited to see how these turn out! When I'm on night shifts, like this week, i get cravings for bread and hopefully these will satisfy those cravings while being completely syn free! Also got some extra light laughing cow cheese and a small pack of ham to snack on and some mixed berries too. It's a tub of chive and onion cottage cheese whizzed up, 2 eggs and a packet of instant mash. Mix it all together and form into balls. I chucked them in the oven for 20 minutes on gas mark 6. Tried one hot from the oven and it does just taste of cheesy mash but when they cool I think they should taste better.Emergency Fund - £8572.39 / £10,000 :: Mortgage OP 2025 - £LISA 24/25 - £3200 / £4000 :: NSD 2025 - 2 / 150 :: Books Read: 1 / 52 :: Decluttering - 4 / 1000Engaged 9th December 2010 :: Married 29th October 2015 :: Bought a House 13th January 20170 -

Is instant mash free? I didn't think it was but perhaps I'm wrong. I'd love to know how they are when they cool though.Mediterranean Mum

Sounds yummy - do you have to make the mash first or just add the mix?0
