Good to hear about the losses:T Taken across the month, you're doing well mm.
You should be really proud of yourself! I know it's awful when the last few weeks havent been as planned but please try and look at the bigger picture....new month..... can you beat this months loss???

    FC xx :A:A

thanks Maman and FC - yes that's why I changed my signature to reflect the month rather than the weeks - I'm much happier thinking of it as a loss for the month - thanks for your support

2lb is great Saidan and your body is probably thinking "hey she's trying to starve me but I'm going to not let her have this so easy"!!!! It's horrible what you're going through, take it easy and just remember when you can eat again just to take baby steps with the food - thinking of you.

just a half pound loss for me :o

tho not too disappointed, this had been happening to me every 4th week on and off now.

i dont have periods, (on depo) but i think something must happen inside you every month regardless,

so on the up side, its a 60lb loss, in 27 weigh ins :j

on the down side.....my hubby promised me £1 for every 1lb lost...and its looking less....and less likely...i will ever see a penny:D

i think he thought he would have to give me a fiver....then i would give up :rotfl:

Well done on the loss - 60lb in half a year is brilliant - I'm hoping for that in a year!

Well done losers - MedMum, Spider, steph, saidan, piglet..:T did i miss anyone?

Well done on your NSV victory ammointe :j.. i'm so hoping that i can become that sort of person! didn't manage to get out last night due to working late, but tonight is my first venture out in to the exercise world..

mmm lovelyladybird, i love lamb.. which spices do you use to make it morrocan??

Bad weigh in for me.. 2lb on :o fully deserved and yesterday i kicked myself up the butt and was back on track.. so hopefully this week will see another loss..

Not sure what day it is today as i can't for the life of me remember what we put down for tea..
    B - apple, yogurt, weetabix (2)
L - jacket potato and chilli (HEb)
    T - can't remember but with veg/salad, jelly pudding
    S - crisps(4) milk (Hea) satsumas

Does anyone know whether my puddings would have syns in them?? The below makes six so i don't count them as syns.

Hartleys sugar free jelly sachet (1 syn??)
500g low fat natural yogurt (free)
    1/2 pint of water (free)

    Thanks x
    Mortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.

Sugar Free Jelly Crystals, all varieties, dried, 11.5g sachet 1.5 on all plans.

i think anything less than half a syn per serving just gets silly, you'd never make up the whole syn anyway to get your full 15 a day! just count it as free. my aromat is syned but it'd be 0.07 of a syn per dash (or some other crazy number) so its barely enough to count.

    Well done Med.Mum -1lb is fab! :)

I have started walking - we have done 26.5 miles since the 4th January. Trying to aim for 50 miles per month, we go out for an hour or so after work every night we can. I must confess, I'm becoming addicted.......me...who couldn't be bothered getting up off the couch to post the Christmas cards to my neighbours only weeks ago! Another NSV for me! :D

I'm like that too - I started a short walk before breakfast last March time - it grew to become a lap of the block ( about 30mins) and then got doubled.....

And if I can I get out for another walk in the evening.

I take my daughter's ipod and either listen to music or books - I'm currently revisiting Harry Potter and the Half blood Prince...

A couple of hours a day to myself is wonderful - very good 'mental health' as Frasier would describe it - I just wish the washing up was done when I got back!
    :jFlylady and proud of it:j
