Anyway, thanks for all the good wishes, 1lb loss this week which is fine I suppose and after the couple of up and down weeks makes my total loss for the month 9.5lb.
A step in the right direction :j:j, fantastic loss for the month :j:j, 1 - 2 lbs per week will stay off easier than bigger losses (and your skin will have chance to bounce back)
You should be really proud of yourself! I know it's awful when the last few weeks havent been as planned but please try and look at the bigger picture....new month..... can you beat this months loss???

Wow - fantastic... :jI lost 4.5lb today at WI. Had moaned all weekend how the scales showed a +2lb and I even kicked this scales this morning to see if they were lying..they weren't! Never had 2 big losses on Slimming World like that 4lb last week, 4.5lb this week. Expecting a STS at best next week as I am away with work and find red/green hard to follow - definitely inspired me though! All this walking I'm doing with a friend must have finally caught up with meNote to self: DO NOT SNEAKY PEEK AT SCALES!
Great weight loss, good luck for this week! :TI'm also meant to be starting the couch25k thing tonight - i stoopidly mentioned it to OH.. not lookin forward to it at all but i can't see how to get out of it now :rotfl:
Ooh I started doing this a while ago and I can now jog 7 mins without stopping (prob could do more but get really board), plus I've been doing it for months....although not as recommended otherwise would prob be at the 5k by now!!! Good luck hope you enjoy it, I've hurt my knee so having to walk uphill instead of jog (my poor joints having to carry 2 people) ouch!
Enjoy....... :j

Morrisons has 8 Mullerlight for £20 -
Hi
I joined sw last wk had my 1st weih in tonight & have lost 5.5lbs so feeling great - find it a little strange that you dont get any weekly reading material as you do at other slimming clubs because that sort of justified the expense for me as i cant stay to eetig very often3 kids under 4 & huby worksaway so not fair on other members to have my lil ones disturbing the meeting
in response to the mullerlight on offer question they have the 6packs on offer at the coop for half price at 1.64

Just invented a lovely free (on a green day, using HEXA) recipe:
Spaghettii
Broad Beans (superfree!)
Leeks
Mushrooms
Basil
Black pepper
Garlic
3 x Extra Light Laughing Cow triangles
Fry all the veg in Frylight with the basil, garlic & pepper, add some of the pasta water, break the triangles into the pan and mix to form a sauce - just add enough pasta water to loosen, then use to top the cooked spaghetti. 2 servings and only uses a quarter of your HEXA.My debt free diary | Post Office loan: £2131 1429.38 | Barclaycard: £4429 1988.12 | Paypal Credit £322.71 574.91 | Monzo Flex £169.03 |
Total £4151.44 | £2900.30 of £7051.74 paid off since diary started October 2024.0 -
Well done Med.Mum -1lb is fab!
I have started walking - we have done 26.5 miles since the 4th January. Trying to aim for 50 miles per month, we go out for an hour or so after work every night we can. I must confess, I'm becoming addicted.......me...who couldn't be bothered getting up off the couch to post the Christmas cards to my neighbours only weeks ago! Another NSV for me!0
