It could well be the cause. I don't want to ruin anyone's meal either, but as a special needs teacher I seem to spend a big part of my day dealing with toileting issues :rotfl:. Try drinking a lot more fluids and as bizzare as it might sound try having your knees higher than your hips when you sit on the toilet. A small plastic stools of the kind children use to stand at a wash basin is ideal.

    This has made me giggle......:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

Thank you .... FC xx :j:j

  • Good luck MM, fingers crossed for a loss for you!

Well yesterday I had pizza... stopped at 4 slices but still  I had done an hour of exercise but it's still not great. Have been good all week tho, so onwards and upwards!

Today has been good so far

B total 0% (LOVE this stuff), blackberries, melon, banana, jaffa orange
L jacket potato, beans, rind-free bacon, hea cheese, salad
D gammon, sw roasties, peas, salad (or may leave the salad and have an apple later. Damn you peas for not being superfree!!)

snack fibre plus heb and maybe a few choc fingers as syns, tho I feel I should leave them out to compensate for yesterday! Probably won't tho :p

Also done another hour of exercise. Husband bought me Yourshape fitness evolved 2012 for the Kinect and it's BRILLIANT. Used my heartrate monitor for calories too and it measured 630 :j:j

Menu for today started well but then went awry as been out for pub lunch :o Was lovely to go out and really enjoyed it despite the syns!

I am making a butternut squash and red pepper soup for tea - hopefully it will last me a few lunches this week as well. Will be better than the new covent garden soups that I was having that were lots of syns - well not too many but enough to mean my syns would go over for the day.

Before I settle on the sofa with my kindle, must meal plan....

I've just made my pepper and squash soup too....although almost burnt it! But just neeed to put it into the containers and it'll be ready to grab and go!

Hopefully I'll be back on track tomorrow and today won;t hinder my weight loss?!?!?!?!?

Good luck with your meall planning....enjoy your kindle :D

  • Hello Everyone!!!!! :) Can I come crawling back please?? :P

I lost 5 stone with SW (done it alone, no group) in 2010 and sort of fell off the wagon early 2011 due to a relationship breakdown combined with single life shenanigans........ Now in a new relationship and we've taken the plunge and moved in together....... now its time for me to climb back on the slimming world wagon again.

My OH is vegetarian (he's Indian) and he has been moaning about having a pot belly so I was thinking of following only the green plan this time. Since we've lived together I am practically veggie myself! Also have a tiny budget this time round so food's gonna have to be cheap!!!

Hoping to start asap! Had an awful gut infection last 3 weeks so I'm living on complan. I have lost around 10lbs thanks to the bug and I know its not healthy to lose this much this way, BUT I would like to keep it off, if possible!!!

Its nice to see so many new faces on the thread as well as the SW "veterans"! :P Its nice to see you all doing to well!!

My first question (having never followed Green much previously) are ALL lentils free? I eat a lot of dal and the lentils vary a lot. I imagine they are but thought I would check :)
All hail to the sale!!!!!!

    new beginnings...... new successes..
