Hi there, I didn't know exactly what you had so I put in lemonade. That's 2 syns for 250 ml so I suppose you had about 6 syns worth. Interestingly they do a syn free sugar free one too so if you like sodastream it might be worth gettting some of that. HTH
Thank you for checking, it was ginger ale, didn't think they'd be on there! Will have to wait for my password. I have some sugar free ones (diet cola and lemonade) but the cola is awful and haven't braved opening the lemonade yet lol.0 -
Hi
I've just re-started Slimming World again. Did it 5yrs ago, and lost 2 1/2 st. have dipped in and out of it since, but was a bit shocked when I stood on the Wii the other day and the weight had crept up to where I don't want it to be !!!!!! So, serious stuff again. I have joined online as that's easier for me, and today is my 2nd day :-) So far, all is going well and I'm looking forwrd to weighing myself next Wednesday :-)
xA work in progress0 -
Well, I lost 2.5 this week. Happy with that
have a little personal goal to get to 4 st by the end if April, I'm at 2 1 now

Thanks for the msgs about my loss yesterday, I was v pleased with the 4lb loss, just hoped for better given all the exercise and that it was the first week. Will be overjoyed with 2lb loss a week (or any loss in fact!) in the future.
don't forget muscle weighs more than fat so if you've built muscle it will show up as a lower loss or a maintain/gain. if you exercise and think you've been really good yet still only get a small loss thats why. if you check your measurements you'll prob find you loose inches if you don't loose pounds.0 -
Red for me today (although I am concerned most of my meals are made up HE's and syns most days rather than free food
- could a wiser member than me have a look and see what they think? Usually my evening meal has syns in, although not tonight ]
B - Nimble white x 1, light spread (1 syn), tsp jam (0.5 syn), semi-skimmed for tea through the day (HEA)
L - Home made mushroom soup (3 syns - made it b4 started SW), nimble white x 1, "Omlette cupcake", 2 x mini gingerbread men (2 syns), Hartleys Jelly (0.5 syns), babybel light (HEA)
D - Syn free Moussaka. Onken Yoghurt (free)
7 syns in total so will probably have some chocolate....always like to get the full 15 syns at the start then I can reduce if I hit a plateau (thats my excuse anyway).

Not sure how much help i can be but i'll try and see which bits i can pick up on.
If you're on a red day then there should be two HEB's and HEA's.. are you synning the nimble white or is it part of your HEb?? If you're synning it then you haven't had any HEb's or if it is a HEB then isn't 2 slices 1 HEb which means you're missing 1 HEb?
Breakfast is the only one i can see wouldn't be enough food - is that really all you have - 1 slice of toast? i'd be ravenous!!could you add some fruit to it or yogurt so it fills you a bit?
Syn wise i don't see any problems.. do you have snacks throughout the day as well as 3 meals?
Someone better at finding things may be along shortlyMortgage amount at 31/12/2011 £166,050 now £0 as at Sept 21 - 15yrs 4 months early.0 -

If you're losing weight then you're doing something right :T The only thing I would say is to add in more veggies. I don't know what's in the omelette cupcake but I tend to make huge vegetable frittatas and fill them with free veggies.Mediterranean Mum

Hi there, just to let you know that to access The Slimming World website you don't actually need a password anymore. You should have been given a PIN number (unique to you) when you joined your group, I'm the 'money' lady at our group and when I sign up a new member, I write their PIN on their card, it may have been put in your book though). You need to register on the website and set up a username and password, it then asks for your PIN on your first visit and from then on in you just sign in. You continue to have access as long as you attend a group. Hopefully that helps. Good Luck on the weight loss.:DWhen Life Throws You Lemons Make Lemonade0
