Slightly nervous here - it's WI day and * has just arrived! I have had a good week food wise - lots of superfrees but I have a stinking cold - the first time i've been ill since I joined SW 18 monhs ago!
Hoping if it's not too good this week i'll see the results next week....:jFlylady and proud of it:j0 -

i do, every day..
i walk 2 / 5 miles depending on work (i do the long walks at the weekends)
i do a circuit class once a week, 1 hour, and a water aerobics class, 1 hour,
i do my exercise bike 3 / 4 times a week, 20 mins

i have built up to that gradually over the past 6 months,
when i started.....it was walking only,(no swimming etc)...10 / 15 mins at a time...cause thats all i was fit to do:o0 -
that's good to know Piglet - I can cope with probably about 30 minutes walking a day at the moment and then we'll see what happens after that. I have a huge amount to lose so obviously not looking for any quick fixes here but would love to see a steady loss like yours.Mediterranean Mum

i also have a lot to loose...:o
started out at 18.1,
and could not even make a target...i couldnt even comprehend that i have over 6 stone to loose...:o
but last nite....i looked down at the scales...and there was 13.11.5 looking back at me!
i was delited:j
now, i know i am still "obese" (according to charts!) but i feel great...and i am now 1 stone 13.5 from my final target (11.12, this is still a bit heavy for me at 5ft6, but i want to b able to maintain this loss, i may come down to 11.1,- the upper end of my "ideal" weight but then again....i may not!:D)
its really very scary at the start....and i didnt have the big super first week that you had....and it almost put me off,
but i hung on in there, i go to class every week, and stay to class, i took the book to bed night after night until it all sunk in,
im doing this right this time, for once and for all....getting it off...and keeping it off
