Well just been for a jog and feeling too exhilarated to go to sleep!
Determined to get my BMI down quickly...... I'm sick of losing and gaining the same 7lb!
I know  - I'll stick to the plan again ....., hopefully for longer than a few weeks!!
Wish me luck :rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

right ladies..hello to those that remember me, hello to newbies and those that dont!
Back on the SW wagon this coming week. I lost 2st 11lb last year (may to Oct) but started to work nights and couldnt always get to class. Then i found that the 2 classes i could go to the scales seemed out ie one week i had lost 4lb then i would go to the other class a week later and have put on 2lb, then back to the original class and lost 4lb... you get the picture lol
Anyway, enough excuses:mad: lol. Jumped on my scales this morning and i have put on 7ln eeekk since my last wi, but last wi was 3-4 months ago and we have just had xmas (see, more excuses lol!:o)
So i am off to class on Monday:T:T
I dont wanna be skinny, just healthy. Want to loose another 2 stone by July..very achieveable at 1lb a week, plus the super loss you tend to get at the start.
So here goes super, sexy, slimmer for summer me!!0 -
I love the way the avocado portion gets smaller through the day!:rotfl:
I'm trying to wean myself off them but last night we had a dinner party (no avocado) but one of my guests brought me a whole bag of them picked from the orchard behind his house!!!Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -

I've just been onto the NHS website and found out my BMI is 44 (what the)!:(:(:(:( only 6 stone to go before I'm overweight and 8stone 4lb to normal healthy! OMG (as my niece would say :rotfl::rotfl:)
How did I let myself become so big.....
Oh dear...at the risk of sounding like a broken record - tomorrow is another day (my weigh in day!) so I will see the outcome of my disasterous first week back on plan!!!:)
Sorry for the moan FC xx
Totally with you on this journey FC - our numbers are about the same so guess we'll be here for many many months to come.
I had a totally crap weekend and dreading the WI tomorrow morning - probably put everything back on that I've lost - actually it was only last night that was bad as I threw a dinner party but what a dinner party - totally not a plan for someone on SW but it was successful and tasted wonderful!!!Mediterranean Mum

I have been considering joining SW and wondered if anyone one here does the online plan?
When I first started SW last year I did it online. I didn't renew my subscription because I basically found that there was no support on the site and wasn't worth the money to rejoin.
I was glad that I'd joined for the first time to understand how the program works and to get me going though so if you haven't done SW before then it might be worth it.
Alternatively I think you would be cheaper going along to a group and getting the books - I'm not in the UK so don't have that option but I think it's a better option if you can.Mediterranean Mum

Yesterday started off well but I'd planned a dinner party some time ago. I really thought that I could sit there and watch everyone else eat and just eat my alloted amount - it wasn't to be and I failed miserably -
Sat 7 January 2012
B-tuna and egg salad – tomato, cucumber, spring onion, tuna, hard-boiled egg, beetroot, 1 tblspn light mayo – 2 syns
S-banana
L-beef, barley and veg in the slow cooker – onions, carrots, potato; Israeli salad (cucumber, tomato, spr onion, red pepper); 2 tblspns humous – 5 syns
S-orange, persimmon
D-pumpkin soup; tomato & basil tart (not SW!); salad nicoise with honey poppyseed dressing (not SW!), fruits of the forest berry fool (not SW!), chocolate mousse pie (definitely not SW!), half a breezer
There was also some bread during the day, more than I should have had and a few other nibbles that I shouldn't have had so I'm hanging my head in shame and hoping to get back on plan today although have just had a couple of very large spoonfuls of the left over chocolate mousse pie before throwing the remainder in the bin!Mediterranean Mum

Oh a dinner party how lovely and 'grown up', not had one of those since having DD (except having a few friends for a SW bean and lentil chilli), you've now got me thinking!!
So glad you enjoyed yourself, positive thoughts though, today is a new day and as you say it was only last night - so hopefully all will not be lost! but if not at least you enjoyed yourself!! :j
So nice someone else will be around for what I'm afraid will be a very, very, very long journey!
Look at the time of your posts, you must get up sooo early!!Good luck for tomorrow.

Thank you for that! Just had a look at it is £60 to join online for 3 months which is not an amount I can afford. Think I will get the booklet today, see if the plan is for me and if it is try to find a class vaguely nearby.Taking responsibility one penny at a time!0
