I am hoping today I can finally have a day where my SW journey for 2012 begins and doesn't get written off because I have had too many syns. Yesterday I had 48 syns in chocolate
I am not sure what day I am following today - suspect Extra Easy?
Breakfast is a hi fi bar (HEB) I shall try to pick up a portion of ready prepared fruit to have in a bit
Lunch is sausage casesrole which has mushrooms and other veg with it but to increase the superfree I may buy a bag of (stick in the microwave and steam) veg.
Tea - undecided - possibly SW chips with roasted peppers, eggs and ham.
Snacks/syns - not sure.
I am counting down to the weekend when I realise I need to give serious thought to my meal plans and get organised.

Hi
Please can I join in?
I've never actually been to SW, but my mum went years ago, and I followed her books a couple of years ago and lost loads of weight. Now its all back on and then some, so I'm going to give it another bash!
I'm more or less veggie, so just did green days last time. My mum's lost her books, so my syns etc will be what I can find off the internet and may need tweaking lol!
Did horrid y'day - 30.5 syns by my reckoning - eek! Didn't realise the cup a soup was so bad, or the wine! I'm gonna try and keep a food diary and post each day - hopefully it will help keep me motivated lol! Not weighed myself, but it's the inches I need to lose most - I'm apple shaped with only 1" difference between my waist and hips
Anyway - y'days food:
2 x coffee w/ ss milk HE
11am - morrisons tom cup a soup w/ croutons 9.0
2pm cherry muller light. diet coke.
tea- sw chips, quorn fillet, carrots, peas & sprouts with onion gravy (granules) 3.0
2 x white wine spritzers - 150ml wine & diet lemonade 11.0
tin sweetcorn raw
handful jacobs cheeselets 7.5
total 30.5 syns!!
Today so far :
2x slices WM toast w/ clover HE? & 2.0
2 x coffee w/ ss milk
Heres to us all becoming skinny malinkys in 2012 :jI don't know half of you half as well as I should like, and I like less than half of you half as well as you deserve.
