Only usually have them for an extra special treat but this one my work colleague bought me to say Happy New Year - Happy New Year Indead (she's on WW and although she can count them in, it takes a huge amount of her points)! Maybe next time I'll ask for the cash (he-he)

Now I am such a wicked person that my first thought was - oh she's trying to sabotage your diet!!! :eek:Mediterranean Mum
hoping to lose 50lb by February 2013! 2st lost so far :j0 -
Thanks for the info evilsquid. I'm hoping to get my new book tomorrow.
I'm disappointed about the WW bread. It's not the tastiest bread in the world but havng 3 slices for a HEB really made life easy: slice of toast with breakfast and a sandwich for lunch. I'll just have to be more organised at lunchtimes. I can't see anyone buying it any more if its the same number of slices as wholemeal. Maybe that's why they did it?:rotfl:
Well done on joining prepareathome. Great news that you have a stone less to lose! Like eric says, Green and Red days till exist if you prefer them. Also :Ton getting prepared with the soup. An ordinary stock cube should be syn free but there will be some in HM stock. It sounds like an Extra Easy meal in itself.
Piglet, that's amazing.:j
EE for me (as ever):
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk plus teas, banana
L: LO Mexican Bake with pickled cabbagechicken casserole inc onion, leek, carrots, butter beans, mushrooms plus poatoes and cabbage.
Syns: tbsp cornflour (shared with DH)0 -

Just back from weigh in - not happy! My only Christmas luxury was Christmas cake - and I ate far too much and I put on 8.5lbs!
Now some of that is hormones as the PMT fairies are resident in great numbers.
Needless to say the rest of the cake has been forcefed to DD1 and OH and I am so determined.......
Off to have a FF Activia and a bath - but not together!:D
Ooh thank you for that and good luck with the hormones, my ones are menopause and they are bloomin active, what with those and underactive thyroid !!!! Hey ho we will not be beaten :rotfl::rotfl:

Well done on your fab acheivement Piglet - brilliant news!
Not been a bad day so far for me - just the conundrum of tea to go - walking the syns tightrope!
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - Ainsley couscous (still free?), grapes, 2 walnuts, graze box snack (50 cals so 2.5 syns to count)
Tea - want a quorn and chickpea curry and rice - the jar of sauce I have is 100 cals for half a jar so 5 syns - think I'll just take the plunge and use it and have the other half tomorrow or freeze it.
Snack - clemetines
Can anyone please tell me how many syns are in a tin of Tesco Tuscan Bean Soup on a green day? Its yummy (and in the cupboard) and an easy lunch if not too bad in syns.0 -

Yay!!:j:j:j:j:j
That will make life much easier for me. I always feel hungry after my 28g and I have never bought any scanbran as can't get them locally.
I gained then lost 4lb over Christmas so I feel reasonably happy. As I haven't been on here for a while I think I let things slip again. My new resolution is to stick to my SW eating plan by eating healthily and to think of how family have no grandparents. I want to be around for my future grandchildren.
I had grandparents until I was 40. My children had none at all by the time they were teenagers
Well done piglet:j:j:j:j:j:jbusiness mortgage £0))''(+ Barclay's business kitchen loan £0=Total paid off was £96105 PPI claimed and received £13527

Having looked at the list, can someone please tell me if 2 x weetabix or wheat biscuits still count as a HEb? I can't work out what 30g means! They have the internet on computers now?! - Homer Simpson
It's always better to be late in this life, than early in the next0 -
If 3 slices of ww worked for you getting to target MM I would carry on having 3. If I gained then would go to 2 but if it aint broke don't fix it :rotfl:
Can some wonderful person check syns for sainsburys coronation coleslaw [not coronation chicken] pretty please. And did I read that w/m rolls are now a bigger weight per HEb?
Another day on the tank:
B - weetabix hot water/milk [.5a] coffee
Snack - banana
L - mugshot, toms, b/stick [1], p/white [2.5], fruit/yog
Snack - veg soup, cous cous muffin [ainsleys mixed with egg and cooked in muffin tin]
T - veg soup/pasta
Syns - 3.5
I hope the scales are kind this week as last week even though I pigged out I STS so anticipating the big hit this weekIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
