Evening all, had another green day and almost maxed on the syns. I hope this is going to work as I still feel bloated around the middle....

    Breakfast
2 x weetabix and low fat yoghurt

Lunch - vegetable pasta with quorn pieces

Dinner - yet more of the above followed by a pear, banana and apple

Snacks - fibre plus bar and 3 quality street chocolates

Also had a cappucino sachet, cheese in my pasta at dinner and semi skimmed milk in tea.

    I make that 11 syns.

Hope I'm not eating too much? there's been no change on the scales yet....

  • Now I am such a wicked person that my first thought was - oh she's trying to sabotage your diet!!!

Do you know that thought went through my mind too when I was typing my response!

But then I thought (my new years resolution is to be more virtuous) I'm sure she was just being nice! :D

must be catching - i went to pizza hut tonight
unplanned - in car for ages and kids needed feeding. i did have the 500cal pizza (don't bother not very tasty - but it was that or fall off the wagon).....but then somehow 2 cheese topped garlic breads jumped into my mouth

Lets all jump back on for tomorrow.....

tomorrow is looking tough for me - off to london for the day (gt ormond st hospital with my children)
have made packed lunch, ham sarnies, boiled egg, quavers etc...........and made hunters chicken for tea if we get home in time - otherwise will eat for lunch friday. the boys always want pizza express after their hospital visit - and i feel so guilty i normally take them - but not tomorrow - am determined to get through it on packed lunch alone!

i had tampopo AND nandos today. friends came over to visit so i didn't have much choice over it all. also DH decided that when i said i wanted 1/4 chicken i really meant 1/2 :( i'm just thankful that its *mostly* healthyish food as opposed to burger and chips. my first day supposedly back on SW and my food diary is just syn after syn :(

ah well. tomorrow I'm re-joining the gym and i'll attempt a run. going to do a big shop too, hunting around for a free food breakfast just highlighted exactly how bad my kitchen has gotten.

btw, has anyone been using the updated app? the syns on the go part has been a godsend today!
