I thought I was the only one with hormone and thyroid problems!
Mine are PMT - 3 weeks out of 4 (poor DH...) but my underactive thyroid doesn't help either, makes my weight loss slow but at least it's (usually) in the right direction!
Dito - Hey ho!

you haven't! i think it's hilarious. when i take people there they think I'm mental. i always get jasmine tea too cz I'm in love with the little cast iron tea pots they have which doesn't help my attempts to convince them the place is for normal people :rotfl:0 -
I don't know if I should join this week or next week - well rejoin.
I somehow have the feeling there will be a massive queue tomorrow of members and new people being straight after Christmas! I'd also like to eat up some of the slightly higher syn foods in my freezer as once I start back at group I'll no doubt get obsessed with the plan again and refuse to eat up a lot of foods and don't like wasting food.
I'm pleased to hear a work friend is going to join next week, that's someone to talk SW chat with at work:jshe will go to a different group but we can offer support to each other.Sealed Pot Challenge number 8 Amount declared £365.50.

I thought that too but then I wondered if they'd changed the recipe in some way? I'll at least finish what's in the freezer and then rethink. I could ask my consultant but she probably wouldn't know. That's the only thing that really bugs me about SW is they don't explain the 'why' of it all.
alisont, I think you're right about big queues tomorrow and like you I wouldn't want to waste food. Perhaps you could just ease yourself in gently by being as 'good' as possible over the coming week. And maybe have skinny people round to help you eat up some of the food?;)
WI for me tomorrow. I don't feel too huge so fingers crossed.0 -
