    Hello maman! I did feel full honest, I think as I felt bloated (time of the month) I didn't feel like snacking! I did put some of the reserved cheese on top as I used a fine grater, I wouldn't say it was yummy but it filled a hole :) Todays plan is;

Breakfast; 57g Branflakes with one 0% shape yoghurt and a banana and strawberries HEB
Lunch; Chicken fried rice SW style FREE
Dinner; 2 Quorn sausages, slimming world chips and mushey pea curry sauce (trying for the first time) FREE

HEA will be milk in my tea and coffees as I am off work again :(

BTW can I use rice milk or is this syned???

    Morning all

I think I've had a reasonably good week but I've got the WI day heebee geebees!! I had a sneaky look on my scales earlier (I know, I know, consider my wrist slapped) and it looks like I might have had a gain:mad:
Anyways, WI isn't till tonight so now entering starvation mode :rotfl: to try and rectify the situation. We've got a shiny new consultant to knock into shape ......... oops ....... I mean welcome warmly, tonight. So it will be interesting to see how she presents things etc. We've had quite a few different ones 'standing in' over the months and they've all been quite different in their approach, one of them was truly brilliant and I'm sorry to see her go, but hey we'll see what happens next. (:eek:my tummy is rumbling, lol)

  • Afternoon all!

Have been very busy with real life but have been keeping an eye on the thread.

I lost 1lb this week which finally got me my 5 stone award! Yippee!

Typically the PMT fairies are here again and I am struggling with some leftover chocolate from the kids advent calendars....

    Hello everyone!!

what a lot of new faces :T

Well I'm back from my travels to Cuba, had the most amaaaaazing holiday (and I'm about to go to group now to find out just how much excess baggage I have brought home with me :rotfl::o)

Our holiday ended on a sad note though.....we walked back through the door to be greeted by sis in law and Mum in law who had just come back from the hospital, MIL hasn't been very well for a few weeks now & being sick a lot - she had a CT scan done on Friday last week, and got called for the results the day we flew home......she has the latter stages of bowel cancer, which had spread rapidly through her abdomen and into her lungs :( she isn't expected to make it until xmas:(:( we are all devastated as none of us had any idea that she was this ill. The only good thing is that at the moment she says she has no pain at all....expect that she has 'hunger pains' from not eating (bless her she is such a tough old bird:o)
Anyway - I may be a bit hit & miss getting on here for a bit-with one thing and another, but I will update my 'mahoooooosive gain' just to give you a a good giggle;):p then I will do my best to keep on track with th SW plan while everything is going pearshaped at home.

    speak soon guys x x:A

Hi Dizzy welcome back from your hols, I sneaked back in whilst you were away ......and there is absolutely no need for you to mention Rocky horror deserts! :D

So sorry to hear about you sad news, life seems to be giving a lot of people an unfair kicking right now, just try and keep smiling and we'll try to help with that in whatever way we can.

WI was last night for me and, as I feared, I had a gain albeit only 0.5lb, but I'm still not happy about it as I don't think it was deserved ........... Unless....... Can stress effect weight loss or cause weight gain? If so I'm surprised it wasn't half a stone! The new consultant was actually very nice and, apart from running over, group ran smoothly and was very interesting.
Anyway a new day, so onwards we go. I've just had a cup of BLACK coffee (a first for me at 46 years of age ....... I've led such a sheltered life :rotfl: ) and it was actually ok, so thats another way I'll be able to up my fluid intake without 'wasting' my milk allowance, too cold for squash and coke. I'm not keen on the fruit teas.
Keep up the good work everybody, Christmas is fast approaching and we all want to look our best.
