Also did Level 1 Day 5 of the 30 Day Shred which burned 160 cals. Today's plan will be green again and I will be going to the gym today as well.
 is it only 160 cals? Oh my gosh, it feels like at least 500 :rotfl: I did level 1 day 4 today, still can't get through all the side lunge/front raises :mad:kahunababy wrote: »Banana & Custard Muller (1 syn)

I'm afraid so. Well for me anyway, everyone is different and will burn at different rates. The only reason I know is because I have a heart rate monitor. I know some people will burn around 200 or more. And yes those side lunge, front raises are a killer and don't seem to get any easier no matter how many times I have done them. Keep up the good work though, I'm hoping to finish it by Christmas day.Slimming World Restart Again 14/02/11: 152lbs

I must confess I am an every morning weigher. However, I suppose Monday is the weekly anniversary since I got back on track and I lost 3lbs this week so I'm happy. This weekend is going to be a bad one though so I doubt I will do the same again next Monday. Oh well, as you say scenic route here I come.
:Twell done on the 3lbs dimbo. I do admire you cooking for yourself under bedsit conditions when you don't have to. That's real dedication to the cause.
The problem when you first start is that any gain feels like one step forward two back. It gets easier in time, I promise. SW gets into your psyche and you jump back on the tank immediately after flexi days. At least that's what's happened to me. The bit of tweaking that has worked for me is saving syns for weekends then the flexi days aren't quite so flexi IYSWIM.;)
I'm hoping to have another good day tomorrow and then a bit of a flexi weekend as I'm away for a few days.0 -

Day 5 done, and I got through all the first set of the lunge/raises! The second set wasn't quite as good :rotfl:
I'm really annoyed today, I ordered a dress for my work Xmas do from New Look and they've dispatched everything BUT the dress  So now I need to find something else. Does anyone have any recommendations? Would prefer something black or red, short is ok if I can get away with leggings underneath. Doesn't have to be particularly low cut, but it can't be a high neck cos my girls are pretty bigAm an 18/20. I've looked on asos and they all seem super short and clingy! Don't want to spend too much as I don't want to fit into it for very long! Sleeveless or sleeves is fine, but nothing with only one shoulder cos I'd wear a shrug to cover my arms
Oh, and I'm 30and 5'10!

I have a great black skater dress from Asos that I'm wearing at the moment. has a sexy keyhole back. Quite short, but wear it with thick tights. Long sleeves too! http://www.asos.com/Asos/Asos-Skater-Dress-With-Gathered-Waist/Prod/pgeproduct.aspx?iid=1852046&SearchQuery=skater%20dress%20keyhole&sh=0&pge=0&pgesize=20&sort=-1&clr=Black0

I do like the look of that, but from experience dresses with a high neckline make me look like an old matron!"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -

Ah yes, another lady with a Mrs Doubtfire bosomA positive attitude may not solve all your problems, but it will annoy enough people to make it worth the effortMortgage Balance = £0

On a slightly different note, does anyone have a nice SW chicken noodle soup recipe with an Asian feel to it? I've got lots of chick breasts to use up and fancy something chinese or Vietnamese0
