Dimbo, just being nosy - what's your WG bread? I can't work it out

I think it might be whole grain ;)

Senora pie - did you ever bite the two ends off and drink your tea through a chocolate finger? Then you have a very short window to get it in your mouth before it falls apart. Oops, perhaps not the best thread for this talk:o

:rotfl::rotfl: No, I've never done that! I don't drink hot drinks tho, just bucketloads of no added sugar robinsons, which I don't think would have the same effect :p

Just about to sit down for a roast chicken dinner with sw roasties

that's what i thought but i didn't know what Wholegrain bread was a HEB? :) I thought it was only wholemeal. If i'm missing a trick, i'm keen to know. I find wholemeal nimble a bit .....nimbly pimbly :p:rotfl:

Is it nimble malted wholegrain (looking on list) - i've never seen it before. We seem to only have white or wholemeal nimble in NI :)

No Senora Pie, i don't think that would work! bleuck!!!!! You're best of not knowing how good it tastes anyway :p

Argh lost my post! Oh well, it was boring anyway. In summary, I've been out of the game but I'm getting back in!,

Discovered total 0% this week and absolutely love it. Expensive tho

Also bought an epilator in the amazon black Friday thing (along with a lot of other stuff :o) and I LOVE it. Going to change my life :rotfl::T

So, I guess I was the only one who read that as "I've been out on the game ...." :p:p:p I blinked and thought "that's very frank".

as for the life changing epilator, I dread to think!

Well done Mags, fab losses all along!
    :jThat's 2 stone 9 lbs gone forever:j

Oh that's just me being a plonker. I meant WM - wholemeal.

    Magnolia - very well done!

Drunken-Fool - Love the name. I fear this is me also. However, I'm also a fool when not drunk so sadly don't always have the excuse.

    Hi there,
    Another newbie here!!!
I started three weeks ago and have had two weigh-ins so far and lost 6.5lb.
Think I may try the Dyno rod soup. Sounds fab.

I have done SW previously and lost 2.5 stone on it! so I know it works. :)

I don't particulary understand body magic but I have been trying bike riding since the beginning and it doesn't seem to be having any effect on the scales??? Is this normal?? I have lost the same as my friend who hasn't done any exercise. Been sticking to it 100% Will it start to show do you think or does exercise not have an effect?

Morning, it's my first weigh in today, I've lost 7lbs!! I knew the first one would be big, but I thought 3-4lb at the most. My mini target was 1 stone by the 17th of Dec ( my night out) so I'm half way there. So if I can just lose 1-2 lb each week til then I'll be pretty close.
I've stuck to it 100% this week plus lots Walking. I also started my new job in Asda, the warehouse is the opposite end if the store from the George dept, plus it's hard work.

    Today is green
B- porridge with banana and blueberries, a little of my milk allowance
L- cheese sandwich and a mugshot
D- baked bean lasagne and lots of salad
Snacks- satsuma, grapes and muller lite

Syns- spread on my sandwich (2) kit Kat 5 1/2

Hope you all have a good day x

  • Can I join in please?!

I am currently the biggest I think I've ever been, I'm only able to fit in about a fifth of my wardrobe - none of my jeans fit :( - and I desperately need to get things sorted out. I lose a couple of pounds and then the following week I'll have gained them all back. All this to-ing and fro-ing isn't good!
I'm hoping that this week I'll be on plan 100% - no naughtiness and nothing will go unaccounted for.

    Heres todays plan:-

breakfast - mullerlight , banana, apple, large strong milky coffee, with skimmed milk
dinner - homemade free leek and potato soup, couple of scan brans
tea - sausage and mash, gravy, cabbage
dessert - mullerlight with pomegranate seeds

I've planned for the whole week - determined to stay on track. Here's what I'll be chowing down on for the next few days ...

Tuesday - grilled chicken, new potatoes, steamed veggies, cabbage
Wednesday - gammon, SW chips, peas, egg
Thursday - chilli quorn carne, baked sweet potato
Friday - tandoori chicken, dhal, rice

so the events of the last 12 hours confirm it - i cannot do EE. About 9pm last night i started to have awful pain - ended up in hospital with a blockage in my bowel - most likely caused by too much fruit/veg.

so its back to square one for me. The easiest thing for my body to digest is potatoe - no wonder i am fat

before i could go home they gave me white toast with butter  and a cup of tea.

so i think i'll stick with mostly green days - and use weighed meat/fish as a heb.....pasta and potato slides down the best.

but - do you think i can loose weight eating hardly any fruit/veg? or am i just wasting my money (i've paid for 6 week countdown).

    a very deflated saidan

  • Hi Guys

Have started SS today after no longer being able to fit into my clothes and thoroughly fed up of being overweight.
Am going to give the EE a go as I'm not a massive fan of vegetables so I can have meat and potatos and see how that goes, if it doesnt come off quick enough then I'll give the red or green days a whirl.
Anyway my question is are Heinz Spag Hoops free?? Just had a 400g tin for my lunch, and now I dont know if I need to count it as a syn or not?? A 100g on EE is free, so am hoping that a 400g tin is also?

Will have a proper read back through the thread this evening at home and hopefully posting details of my weight loss soon...(fingers crossed!)

    TIA
