Saidan, have you thought about following a low carb diet instead? I can recommend the Idiot-Proof diet. I lost a lot of weighton that and it's fairly easy to maintain. It would suit you as there is no fruit. Still veg but not necessary to eat great buckets of it.0

sarah yeah ive thought about doing something else - but signed up for 6 week countdown - so i'll stick with it, i think red days might help.
my (target) friend today said her friend on SW put on 3lb first week, sts second week, then did it lb by lb....but it did come off and has stayed off. so maybe it will be the same for me?
i'm also using calorie count to look at the nutritional stuff - and i'm having 1200 max so i must lose weight eventually yes?
i'm just trying desperately not to say stuff it and pile it all on - expecially as my sis started the week after i did the first time in july - and has lost 3st  i'm not bitter!Proud mum :T

On a slightly different note, does anyone have a nice SW chicken noodle soup recipe with an Asian feel to it? I've got lots of chick breasts to use up and fancy something chinese or Vietnamese
I make this a lot http://www.bbc.co.uk/food/recipes/crabandsweetcornsoup_89965
and just alter it depending on what I want in there. Sometimes add lemongrass, garlic and fish sauce too. I just leave out the synned bits
Flying visit tonight, another 3lb loss for 1st 10lbs in 9 weeks :j:j:j"Empires are not brought down by outside forces, they are destroyed by weaknesses from within."0 -

If you're feeling very full then that's great but for greedy me it doesn't look like that much food.
Did you just sprinkle cheese on your cauli? I found I missed making a proper sauce with milk, cornflour and marg plus cheese. Far too synful.:o
Today was meant to be a good day but turned out otherwise. SW breakfast and dinner but ended up out for lunch and had wine syns too which is rare for me midweek.
Am away for a few days (wining and dining in France) so going flexi. Seriously back on the tank from Sunday! And talking of the tank, shouldn't dizzy be back soon?0 -
