:grouphug:MoneyQueen, Start SW again when you feel ready.

    Inspirespirit:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:Brilliant!!!!

Annie - I'm vegetarian and when I went to class my consultant told me to do Green all the time, EE isn't worth it if your a veggie.

Home 'puter still kn*ckered  can't afford to fix it until payday:mad:

Yesterday I had 10syns, I made chip butties with my HEb :drool:after zumba

    Today's plan.........I haven't got one!

    B: polenta, eggs, ketchup (1)
L: probably get a jacket and beans from the canteen

There's a retirement 'do' for one of our lecturers this afternoon - nibbles and drinks :undecided I'm driving so I won't have a drink but only have 2 bananas in my bag for snacks (payday tomorrow:dance:) so I'm hoping there won't be anything suitable for veggies on the buffet!

D: Possibly quorn sausage or courgette frittata

    HE's for supper as usual.

Dinner: Roast - chicken, potatos (fry light), sprouts, carrots and green beans

morning. Miss P, be careful of those bottles of wine, they can be very dangerous! hope your head feels better soon.

I'm having an EE day here:

B: 1 slice toast, tsp. butter (it was very miserly) 2 syns, 0.5 HEB
L: pasta and HM ratatouille, plus fruit to make up for none at BF.
D chicken tajine (includes peppers and courgette), couscous and fresh fruit.

Can anyone please tell me how many syns in 50g of sultanas - I have mislaid my syns sheet - I can printout another from the computer at home.

Did some exercise in the park this morning - it was great as I was with a few other people who also want to shape up!
    Trying to keep in budget.

Not been doing very well as I've been so unorganised the past few days. I'm so tired little one isn't sleeping and it's making me grumpy. Cupboard raid whilst watching don't tell the bride on tuesday night. Went to harvester last night and I had half roast chicken didn't eat skin and mash so better than chips but still not ideal on a red day. ARGH! Oh and that lovely dollop of blue cheese dressing and pasta and potato off the salad cart. Had lots of superfrees tho haha! I have been exercising. Bit of 10 minute solutions and clocked up 5 hours of walking this week.

Back on it today if I just get my head straight! Red day.

    B- weetabix (a+b)
L- Going to try and make a soup in a sec if evil children will let me
D- Tuna burger on wholemeal roll with salad (B) (think probably 4 syns as I'm making them from scratch)

Snack- Pear, lots and lots of diet coke and coffee (a)
    Baby Boy B 30/08/2008 Baby Girl B 16/12/2010

Determined to become debt free ready for my wedding 2012!

    That's 7 syns for 50g gien.

Decided not to go to WI tis morning, thought I needed a bit longer experimenting with maintenance. I didn't feel I wanted to break the magic of being at target by hearing I'd put on lots in a week. Out last night and I had my first fish with batter since last October! Really enjoyed it but I must be sensible for a few days now.

    EE plan for today:
B: NAS squash, HEB Puffed Wheat, HEA milk plus teas, banana
L: spaghetti bolognese with extra veg, pear
D: not really sure how hungry I'll feel after bigger lunch than usual, syn free whatever I decide

    Hello all!
Had a busy morning - been to school and did an hours work before the dreaded results came out for the skiddiwinks - lots of tears - good and bad - and hugs all around. Bless them.
Then took the dog for another long walk from the walkit.com website - along the canal and round some parts that I'd never walked around - looking at the big posh houses - couldn't be doing with cleaning one of those! (Every cloud....):p Then we stopped off at the pet shop - its the dog's birthday and its tradition that he picks his own present (a bone or something similar) - I know I'm bonkers:o.

So I've had plenty of exercise so far but no food:eek: Didn't fancy breakfast and just stopped now for lunch so better be quick and get something before I eat the cushions!

Lunch - cheese sandwich (A and B choice), grapes
Tea - pasta and pesto with whatever veggies are looking pathetic in the fridge
Snacks - strawberries, nibbly thing from Graze box

    Right I'm off hunter gathering

    Using an A for milk

    Coffee(A)
    Weetabix(1/2B), milk(A), nana, nectarine, 2 clementines
    Jambalaya, salad, beetroot, alpen(1/2B)
    1/2 Melon, nectarine, yoghurt, tea(A)
Cheese omelette(1.5A)(1 syn for milk), wedges, beans
    Meringue(5), straberries,tea(1)
    Total syns for the day
    7/15
    Weekly syn total 38.5/105

Just amending my meal plan, didn't eat the chicken in my jambalaya as there was only 2 or 3 little pieces and I wasn't wasting a whole B choice on them! So I have a spare B, may use extra cheese at dinner.

Amending my plan to account for snacks, feel like i've done nothing but eat and pee today!!

Could I please join in? I have joined Slimming World tonight. I've a lot to lose. :(

When I got weighed tonight, I was watching her writing in my book. I nearly fainted. I said 'omg, I knew I had put on weight but I had no idea I was
24 stone 8 lbs'. She said, you're not, that's the date - 24.8 (24th August). Ever felt a fool. lol.

:rotfl:really laughed out loud then..office now thinks i'm odd!!

So i'm back on track today.. green day for me

    B - apple, yogurt, 1/2 choc weetabix(2)
L - LO pasta bake (0.5 HEA of cheese)
T - jacket potato, salad, laughing cows(HEA) and some sort of meat (HEB)
S - french fries (4) satsumas, milk in tea (100ml)(0.5 HEA)

I'm missing a HEB but i have an emergency alpen light bar in my drawer or ryvita for supper..

I need to start measuring my HE's as i'm not sure how much milk i'm using in my tea's.. i can usually manage to make 10 tea's out of a pint (with a bit left over) so i reckon 50 ml in each..

Hope everyone has a great day x
