Look at the top of the thread right under where it tells you the number of pages and you will see a little heading that says 'Thread Tools', click on that and a drop down will give you the option to subscribe to the thread.

Thanks so much, it's a real pain when you have to sort through to get to the end of the thread! Please be around when the next new thread comes along cos I'll have forgotten how to do it by then xx

    Morning All,

Put on 1lb this week (monday) - but with the week i had i couldn't care less - sorry! :o

Yesterday wasn't a good day either  - but i did do Zumba :j

Think my prob atm is not being prepared & just eating quick convience food!

So i have decided not to go to gym tonight so that i can prepare my lunches & snacks for rest of week :A

Going out on Friday night for dinner & at night - i know what i can have friday - can be on a red day & have a mixed grill - swapping chips for jacket (heb) and peas for beans (heb) to keep syns down :A
Just need to decide on Sat - will look at menu later!

Today i think will be good! (Lets hope so!) Green day

    B - Strawbs & ff vanilla onken
L - Dyno-rod soup with extra beans & mixed with pasta (brought 2 tubs to work with me incase still hungry!)
D - not sure - might do a 'fake' carbonara with quorn slices & make some syn free scones to act as bread!
S - Milk in coffee (hea) 5 Scan bran (heb) quark & options (2) Ryvita minis (heb) Banana

Seriously need a kick up the bum - Dizzy can you drive the tank over me a couple of times? Might knock some sense into be - just take it steady - i make one big speed bump! :rotfl:

Dizzy is out of action for a short while so I'm on tank duties (only volunteer!) I don't think Dizzy would approve if I drove the tank over you even once but I will pick you up and strap you in tight!!!! Draw a long line under the week and start afresh. We all have times like this but try not to get disheartened. You know you can do it and it really does work so hop on the tank (it's a rough ride cos I'm not the best driver in the world) xx

    Hi everyone :hello:

Could I join in with this thread? I used to go to SW classes several years ago, but the weight has gradually crept back on, so I need to get back on plan.

Quick question - was wondering, do most people here go to class or not? I have got out all my SW books and was thinking about 'going it alone', but thought having to go to class each week would keep me on track.

    Bye for now,
    Jo

    Evening all

Jo4nne - I've rejoined classes as I know it encourages me to stay on the straight and narrow. If I do it on my own I'll never stick to it. Down to you and whats best for you ultimately :)

Susiebear - glad to see you are still with us!!:T:rotfl:

I'm in a quandary here. Head hurting from trying to work it out :rotfl: Spent day at mums so had lunch there. Had big salad with one slice of pork loin thing and two ryvita thins with lactofree soft cheese (all she had). Had two more ryvitas as a snack this afternoon, again with cheese.

Looked but think I have to syn the ryvita. Anyone know if they're a HE? Don't think they are (just hoping really). So.....turned into an EE day...synning the ryvita and cheese. Plus I can't find the pork loin anywhere online so am assuming its free:D (was only one small slice anyway).

Was trying to explain SW to Mum earlier....think I confused myself and her!

    Miss P

Jo4Nne, I'm going it alone as there are no classes near me. I used to have an online subscription but it lapsed and I can't afford to rejoin. It was very useful to calculate syns but I didn't use it too much to be honest.

Today turned into an extra easy day:

B: beans on 1 slice toast
L: pasta and HM ratatouille, cheese HEA, 2 slices of melon
D: rice, chili, carrots brocoli, tinned peaches and raspberries. The chili was made with 'normal' mince, so will contain some syns.

I have had 3 cups of coffee so syning the milk there gives 3 (is that right?).

So long as I just have syn free stuff now I should be within my limits I think.

I've also been drinking a lot of water.
    Trying to keep in budget.

    Hi
After my failed experiment with EE yesterday I'm back with the green days - I only tried it because someone said that weight loss was slower with green, but as I'm vegetarian there doesn't seem much point in restricting the HEs and getting nothing in return!
Had a ghastly day at work but have been ok food-wise:
toast with a chopped banana (b)
    fruit
    pasta with tomatoes and basil
    yogurt
    fruit
    hula hoops (6.5)
    SW chips, egg and beans
    milk in tea (a)
and I still have an a and a b to play with if I'm hungry later (unlikely looking at the enormous tray of chips in the oven!)
