  • I STS at WI last night. I didn't think I'd lost but can't explain why - no obvious indiscretions.

We found out last night that we are getting a new consultant. Ours is taking over a group near to her home. As the new consultant is not yet fully trained we will be having a stand-in for a few weeks. This is the good news for me and my mate - this standin is the woman who was running it when i started last year - and she was the one who inspired me - I am hoping that by the time she arrives I will be up to 4.5 stone off!

Otherwise I have had some lovely comments from friends and neighbours this week which has been encouraging......

no idea on food yet ( breakfast was porridge, banana, strawbs, rasps, blueberries, plums) - DS's new bed has been delivered ( I'm jealous it's so comfy) so I'm going to take DD2 to see Super 8 on orange wednesdays.

    Catch you later ..

    Morning All,

Put on 1lb this week (monday) - but with the week i had i couldn't care less - sorry! :o

Yesterday wasn't a good day either  - but i did do Zumba :j

Think my prob atm is not being prepared & just eating quick convience food!

So i have decided not to go to gym tonight so that i can prepare my lunches & snacks for rest of week :A

Going out on Friday night for dinner & at night - i know what i can have friday - can be on a red day & have a mixed grill - swapping chips for jacket (heb) and peas for beans (heb) to keep syns down :A
Just need to decide on Sat - will look at menu later!

Today i think will be good! (Lets hope so!) Green day

    B - Strawbs & ff vanilla onken
L - Dyno-rod soup with extra beans & mixed with pasta (brought 2 tubs to work with me incase still hungry!)
D - not sure - might do a 'fake' carbonara with quorn slices & make some syn free scones to act as bread!
S - Milk in coffee (hea) 5 Scan bran (heb) quark & options (2) Ryvita minis (heb) Banana

Seriously need a kick up the bum - Dizzy can you drive the tank over me a couple of times? Might knock some sense into be - just take it steady - i make one big speed bump! :rotfl:
  • Hi all, thanks for your concerns you lovely people you, I am still alive, in fact nothing happend at all, not even a runny poo :T sorry to much info I know lol

That out of date antihisitime knocked me out though, could I get up this morning, could I heck, my own fault though for staying up late and eating moldy food, ahhh well.

I weighed in today too, stayed exactly the same according to the wii, so thats good, looks like I am managing to stick to my target, all I have done is increased my syns half of the week, seems to be working so far. :D

  • Hi All
I couldn't resist a sneaky step on the scales first thing this morning! I have lot 3 of the 4 lbs that I put on during the last week after my hospital stay!:j
I have taken your advice and been drinking lots of water to flush out my system. It seems to be working! I just need to stick to my eating plan until my official weigh in next week.

    Today's menu is:

B: 1 weetabix with skimmed milk.
L: Jacket potato with tuna and mayo and salad. (2 syns for mayo)
D: Smoked haddock mash and peas.
Snacks, muller yog, apple, 2 finger kit kat.
Will make up some sugar free jelly to have later.

    Thats all for now. X

Bananas are free:D Just dont eat too many as they can slow down weightloss in some people.

Unofficial WI looks good voyager. Had a quick look at your menu and for EE it looks very light on SFs. All I can see is salad with lunch and an apple. Peas aren't SF (but they are speedy as is haddock I think so stick with them) but you need something more. I usually do mushrooms and tomatoes or you could substitute the peas for green beans (I keep frozen ones in for emergencies). Ideally, have some fruit with breakfast. I generally slice a banana onto cereal/porage but strawberries are lovely (SS) when available. Alternatively have a fruit snack mid-morning. Hope I don't sound bossy (only trying to help:o).

    My EE menu:
B: NAS squash, HEB porage, banana, HEA milk
L: stir fry veg & straight to wok noodles (1.5)
    D: Who knows?

I'm out for a meal later and I'm going to have whatever I fancy (and whatever my SW alter ego allows).

Glad you're still with us susie:) I'm experimenting with staying at target too. I've had a few extra syns but I think tonights meal may be a bit OTT. WI tomorrow for me.

No I don't think your being bossy maman! Its nice to have some feedback so I know where I may be going wrong :o
I will try to put some more SF's into my menu.
    Thanks! X
