Morning all
Well day one went very wellFeeling very positive. My best friend rejoined WW yesterday so as an incentive to ourselves we have said as soon as we both reach target we will treat ourselves to a spa weekend!:T (Only trouble is I've got twice as much as her to lose - better get a shifty on!!:rotfl:)
Todays menu:
B: Baked beans on wholemeal toast (HEB). Apple.
L: Jacket potato wth cottage cheese, big saladRoasted vegetables stirred through savoury rice
Snacks: Fruit, Coffees (HEA), possibly boiled egg
Drinks: Coffees (as above), 1.5+litres NAS squash
I was aiming for extra easy but looking green to me so may have some leeway for another couple of HE's. When I did SW years ago I usually stuck to green days so may do that again. Will see how I feel each day.
Miss P

Morning all!
Have weighed and have lost 1lb:j.
I decided last night to go back to fat club and texted the consultant to say I'm coming back so I can't back out now. Two reasons for going back really - to keep me on track (don't want to put all the weight I lost back on again) and to get me out of the house and being more sociable. Now eXOH has gone I need to get back into the real world and try to make more friends as many of my friends were "joint" friends and its a bit awkward with some of them at the moment. So enough licking my wounds and time to get on with life! So there!;)
Food for today...
Breakfast - banana
Lunch - not sure yet but will be good promise!
Tea - morrocan butterbeans with AH couscous
Snack - strawberries and more fruit
I picked up a little map yesterday in the library with local "urban" walks under an hour - so as its a nice day we're (me and the dog)off on the first one in a minute - its quite a good little map and has the time it should take you at different paces and the calories you'll burn (for an average person I suppose).
There's a website www.walkit.com - I think its a national thing - may be of interest to someone.
Will report back later to let you know how it goes!0 -
Susiebear are you still alive ????
I had a utter rubbish day yesterday and will try harder today"People buy things they don't need, with money they don't have, to impress people they don't like" - Clive Hamilton on Consumerism.0 -
