Yes I had skimmed milk in tea and coffee from my allowance.
I didn't syn my weetabix as I had 2 slices of weight watchers malted danish bread for my sandwich at lunch and I thought you could have 3 of these as a HEB? I counted the weetabix as the extra part of the HEB or was this wrong?
(I'm still trying to get my head around working out syns lol!)

    Thanks for your advice. X

You can split your healthy extras, but 1 weetabix is 1/2 an HeB and the bread was 2/3 of on so you are a little over. Nothing major but something to watch.

Are you doing green red or EE Inspirespirit?

Have had a good day here, was tempted to nibble earlier as I'd had an early dinner but I kept away from the fridge and just had a cup of tea instead.

Tomorrow I'm going to do the ocean pie from the magazine for dinner as we haven't had fish for ages.
    Trying to keep in budget.

I ended up having a real old-fashioned supper of fried eggs, baked beans and chips. I haven't had anything like that for ages but as nothing was planned, nothing much else was out of the freezer. I really enjoyed it but DH wanted to know if I was doing a Shirley Valentine on him!:)

No SFs but I did eat 2 pears and a few plums so not too bad.

I wasn't sure either inspirespirit as you had a Green day yesterday.Your toast (assuming it's from a large loaf) is 1 x HEB and you'd be allowed the feta as a HEA. You're well with in syns with the lolly and the scrape of marg. You probably have had enough SFs for the day although none at breakfast. It looks like a fine EE menu to me, although I didn't see any drinks mentioned. HTH

thanks for the replies guys - I was contemplating going it alone, till someone in the office started talking about getting cream cakes and I thought 'hmm, can always start next week', nooooooo .... decided there and then that I needed to go back to class. So, found one last night and joined, it's been a few years since I last did SW, so the EE is all new to me. I told the consultant that I'm happy sticking to a mixture of green and red days as that's what I've always done, but he insisted I do EE for the first few weeks and no more than 10 syns a day.

what do you guys find works best for you? the consultant told me that most people do EE now and that he'll be checking my food diaries and will know if I'm not sticking to EE?!

    Thanks
    Jo

WELCOME - I agree with GUNS, definitely over the top! It's got to be better to do what you are comfortable with. x

Early WI for me as we are going away for the weekend tonight.

    -2lbs

Not a bad one for only 5 days - looks like it was shaping up to be a -3lb week again ;) Total of 65lbs since January :T

Not going to go hog wild this weekend but will work on damage limitation for the main ;) I will need to go to Gourock for some Apple Granny Cake and a skinny latte. See - skinny latte as damage limitation :rotfl:

Well done to all the loosers and (((hugs))) to the strugglers.

Jo4nne - I would do red and green and if he doesn't like it then tell him to blow it outta his a$$ - you are paying for the use of his scales so you do what you feel comfortable with.

Just another reason I don't go to class
