Hi decogecko,
We have similar targets as I too would like to get back to 9 1/2 stone, which I was at in the Summer. I am currently 10 st 9 and hoping to get back to my official SW target weight of 10 st by Christmas. Good luck with your quest. I would second Maman's suggestion of going green. I'm doing mostly green at the moment as I find it easier in terms of cooking and on the pocket. It also does give you that flexibility of having the extra HEX's. You can still aim to have a third of your plate super free but don't absolutely have to on green.
Todays Green plan:
B - Dorset Fruity Porridge and 1 x ryvita (HEB) with strawberries, blueberries and raspberries. 125ml skimmed milk (HEA)
S - Cherries
L - Superspeed soup
S - More fruit as necessary. Might also have some ryvita (3 sync) with a banana and quark mixed with an options (1 1/2 syns)
D - If I get my butt into gear and get the slow cooker going I will have veg stew with pearl barley, if not it will be baked beans on 2 x WG toast again (HEB)
So the plan is to make some veggie stew and also some more soup. I am also going to the gym or for a run later and do the 30 day shred. It might well be a boozy night tonight but I shall stick to gin and slimline tonic to limit the damage.Slimming World Restart Again 14/02/11: 152lbs

Welldone Sarah for losing and welldone maman for still being under target. :j
I prefer doing green days simply because I love cheese and milk but also struggle to only have one heb a day. I like my toast at brekkie and a sandwich at lunch or saving one for my supper.
i having an EE day today though, just to mix things up.
B - beans on toast and a satsuma (heb)
L - HUGE bowl of salad with chicken, toms, 2 boiled eggs chopped up and Kraft light Italian dressing ( is this still free?)
D- Hm chilli and rice, using extra lean mince. Will have more salad or brocolli so i can have 1/3 superfree.
syns - Kit kat 5 1/2, dressing?
i use my milk allowance in my tea. snacks are fruit and a another fat free yoghurt. Can anyone tell me the syn value of the Shape delights Apple crumble and Rhubarb crumble please? they are fat free but still have sugar so I know there not free. thanks:santa2::xmastree::santa2:0 -

zip - today i'm green.
The EE was okay, but i don't think i ate 2/3 SF food. I pay for it with many trips to the loo - but i didn't have any tummy pain so thats good. On my last attempt with SW i was taken into hospital with a blockage caused by too many veggies on EE - and ended up having bowel surgery 8 weeks ago. so i was advised against EE by my dietician till the problem is healed. Hoping it is now! I'm seeing her tomorrow.
On EE yesterday i also completely forgot only 1 heb so ended up with an extra 6 syns after i'd eaten :mad:Proud mum :T

Right Guys, can you lovely lot help?
I have done SW on and off for the last year. I have recently had to stop attending as I just didn't have the money
I still have my books so I am planning on doing SW alone till after Christmas when I am hoping there will be an offer on the joining fee and I, hopefully, will have a few more pennies as I won't saving everything for Christmas. Is it ok to be doing that on this thread?
I am seriously unhappy about my weight. I am the heaviest I have ever been and totatly disgusted with myself. My BMI is sitting at 32 and I looked back at this time last year it was 27. I don't know why my weight has shot up so dramatically in the last year but it is getting out of control now. I just don't seem to be able to get my head into slimming at the moment. I try to make sure I provide my kids healthy meals but as soon as they go to bed I am straight in the cupboards looking for something to eat. I just feel like I am going round in circles and getting nowhere. It's a typical case of 'I'm sad because I eat and I eat because I'm sad'.
Anyway moan over, if it's ok with you lot I will make tonight my WI at home night (it's one of the only nights I have free from running the kids to their various activities) and will post my loss/gain or STS on here. If this is against any of the rules then sorry and please remove my post.
Many ThanksJust little old me!0 -

hello and welcome to you. I'd say this is key for you - have there been lots of big upsets or something similar over the past year that have changed your eating pattern? Berfore you start slimming you need to figure out why you are overeating or all the diets in the world won't be enough. On the upside, you're in the right place and will get lots of support here! Best of luck xx0 -

Welcome kahunababy, course you can join! And a lot of people no longer go to classes but still come on here and exchange tips. I'm an online member until January when I'll stop contributing and go it alone with the books. It really works once you get into the SW habits.
WI day for me today as well and I've lost another 2lbs! Very pleased with that. Can't believe it's working so well because I'm eating like a horse:p.
Going to have some wine tonight. This week is going to be dangerous as it's the start of the Xmas nights out for me......
Well done to the Sarahs999 and the rest of you on your losses!
