Cooking mama - it's using Smash as a base. If you google smash pizza base you will find more :) Or check the first post for the recipe links - it may be in there?

  • Good Morning,

Yesterday was a good day, and on plan. I even went to the bar and had two pints of soda and NAS lime. Needed the toilet all night but you can't have everything.

    It ended up like this:
B - Dorset Fruity Porridge and 1 Original Ryvita (HEB), Blueberries, Raspberries and 125ml skimmed milk (part HEA)
    L - Superspeed Soup
    S - 2 Plums, Banana and 2 Original Ryvita (3 syns)
D - Baked Beans and 3 WM toast (HEB and 3 syns)
    S - Apple

So I was a bit naughty not using up all my HEX's and only 6 syns but I know I have a boozy night coming up tomorrow so hopefully it will mitigate any damage there. Oh and I also managed to burn 405 calories doing the 30 day shred and a quick 20 min run. I will have a longer gym sesh today though.Today will probably be pretty much identical to yesterday I think food wise.

Have a good day everyone :)

Had another 100% day yesterday, I'm feeling positively self righteous at the moment. My food intake seems to be the only thing I have any control over right now, life seems to be a presenting me with a series of hiccups
I'm understating that sooo much too!) so it's nice to have something for 'ME'. Please be nice to me tomorrow scales !!!
Keep going everybody, not long till Christmas now.

WI tonight - I lost .5lb. I'm a bit frustrated - cos it leaves me .5lb from my 5 stone award!

Still at least it's a loss - onwards and upwards...

well done on even being so close to your 5 stone award :j:T
you will get it next week ;)

I'm not encouraging you to be greedy (as I am:o) dimbo, but that doesn't look like an awful lot of food for a day. We all get days when we have to grab what we can but you can end up not eating enough. :T on going alcohol free last night. I didn't know NAS lime existed.

Which reminds me, I saw NAS cranberry & raspberry fruit drink in Aldi yesterday. Would it being NAS automatically make it free?

Do post pic zippy, you'll get that extra weight off in no time. It's great when clothes start to fit properly. I took an age to drop a dress size which just showed how much I'd poured myself into the wrong size earlier!

    Today's EE menu:

B: NAS squash, HEB toast, 2 boiled eggs, HEA milk for teas
L: LO chicken casserole (minus chicken;)), satsumas
D: chilli JPs with peas and beetroot
Snack: Marmite & cucumber on toast
    Syns: none

That is exactly my problem, poohbear. I know my husband is just trying to cheer me up, and show that he loves me, but it's not helpful :( He's getting the idea now tho finally!

Does anyone know how many syns in the Aldi fat free yoghurt? I ate two of them yesterday as well as the wine and donut so I must have had about 30 syns!! I am going to make sure I have no syns today and also for the rest of the week to make up for the dreadful day yesterday.

Senora I have no idea how to get DH to understand how serious I am about SW. He has told me that I snore every night and I explained that weight gain can cause snoring. Even that hasn't made a difference. He is trying to cheer me up too and does it because he loves me. He has at least stopped buying me maltesers :)

Hi, do you mind of I join you all? Ive done SW before and lost 3 1/2 stone, but its all back on after my last baby. So im in the right frame of mood to start properly again. Ive been eating a lot healthier for a couple of months but not sticking to SW properly and still having those naughty evening treats.
I do loads of walking as I need to do 2 school runs, nursery run (also at the school) plus walk back to whatever dancing class etc my DD has on that evening. I do around 5 miles a day, maybe more. So if I stick to the plan it should help me lose faster than when i did no exercise at all and still lost.

My DH is doing it along with me as he has a couple of stone he'd like to lose. Im aiming for 1 stone by xmas then hopefully 3 stone in total.
We started on Monday, i weighed in at 14 stone on the nose :(. im only 5 ft 3 so feel very heavy and low self esteem.
my books are from Jan 2010 so not sure if syn values have changed. if anyone sees anything not right would they mind telling me? My nearest class is 24 miles away over a country road. My eyesight is terrible in the dark, so im going to try it alone til the new year, then join a class once the worst weather is over. I live in rural Aberdeenshire and im just waiting for the snow lol

Im having a green day today.

    B- 2 x poached egg on toast
L- baked potato with tinned spaghetti, salad and cherry toms.
D- Quorn chicken Stirfry with noodles (using frylight, garlic, lemon juice and ginger)
snacks, loads of fruit, NAS squash.
Ill have toast with my cheese hea for supper tonight.

Syns spread on my toast 2, kitkat 5 1/2
