Humph
Still 28g of popped popcorn is probably quite a nice bowlful isn't it? It's such light stuff....0 -
so I might have to have a few 'naughties' to put that 0.5lb back on this week
That shouldn't be too difficult rachel! Enjoy!:rotfl:
I'm a bit confused, so a quick question about targets: I knew there was leeway of 3lbs either way and provided you stay there you don't pay for classes. If you go more than 3lbs either way do you only have 1 week to get back in the range? And if you go over (more likely to happen in my case:o) do you just pay until you're back in target range? In your case rachel, can't you just pay until you get back within your range or do you have to go for the next 7lb marker?
I'm being fairly good on EE today:
B: NAS squash, bacon, fried egg, tomatoes, mushrooms, HEB toast, HEA milk for teas
L: ham, beetroot, bubble & squeakgammon, SW chips, cauli&broccoli cheese, tomatoes
Syns: weekend wine:jcornflour, cheese & maybe extra milk
Not great but reasonably healthy. I've got a big weekend coming up and I'm going flexi (hence my questions abut going over target;)) but have just done my meal plan for next Mon-Thursday and hardly a syn in sight.:)0 -

Either. I have to pay next week if I don't get back into target. I can then decide if I want to stick at the target I'm at now (and keep paying til I get back up there), or go for the 7lbs lighter.LBM Dec 10. Total unsecured debt £41176  Nov 12 Debt Free Thanks Mum x RIP x

[QUOTE=rachelww1;48619873]WI last night and lost 1.5 lbs. This takes me to 3.5lbs below target. Oops. I have until next week to put on that 0.5lb or go for another 7lbs (in effect only 3.5lbs) which would take me into the 8's. Ideally I didn't want to do this until after Xmas, so I might have to have a few 'naughties' to put that 0.5lb back on this week

Don't know if you listen to the Archers, you could do an Eddie Grundy and have something heavy in your pocket???:rotfl:0 -
Hi all, had a good week, another 4.5lb down on Wed so over 4 and a half stone now.
Had a pretty good day today.

Goning swimming later so will have another alpen bar for HEB and have had milk in teas for HEA.

The service was very good and went very smoothly. It was a very emotional day though and I am completely drained and exhausted. Feeling slightly numb now.

Hi all...here is my "diet" for day. Dont copy me as i dont know what i am doing!
B. Porridge, kiwi, 5 raisins atsp honey
L. Ham and pickle sandwich and salad. In restaurant so may have had too much fat or oil.
D. Salmon, rice, spinach and tomatoes
And now for the rest, a glass of rum, some yoghurt coated fruit things and a bowl of cereal. Is this a disaster?maybe too many nonDiet items and an extra bowl of cereal?0 -
Good morning folks ;;
Lots of new members - Hiya  Stick with it - the plan works
WI day for me today. Its a day early as we are going out for dinner to a local Indian Restaurant tonight to celebrate Son1's new jobI will be careful and not have dessert but to be honest - all other courses are fair game :rotfl:
Anyway - back to the WI - a blooming lucky ...................
-1lb
Not only a loss but .....................
Why blooming lucky you ask? It was Children in need yesterday in college and you wouldn't believe the number of students stood in front of my desk with trays ladened with cakes and bunsBeing the weak willed self indulgent over fed hog that I am I did succumb to a couple of morsels - ok - it was more than a couple - 4 in fact
My excuse? It was for a good cause :rotfl:
Onwards and downwards we go though - only 2lbs to my first targetMags - who loves shopping0 -
Morning all, WI with 1lb loss, now weigh same as I did on 17th July
which is lowest since I started SW. Can't really afford to go any lower but its not intentional.
Can't believe I had more bad news last night, had noticed a close friend wasn't at Dad's funeral when I knew she was coming. Turns out HER Dad died the same time the funeral was going on. It was expected [cancer] but still a shock. He was as close as an Uncle while I was growing up in fact we did call him and his wife Aunt & Uncle. Really feel for them all.
Really hope things turn around soon as am at rock bottom emotionally
Sorry doom & gloom again:( hope everyone else has a good weekend x x xIts not what you do but the way that you do it, thats what get results :T
